Analyzing economically its viability of the business, segment and the implementation of the proposed enterprisement. An analysis made through questionnaires trying to reach a real need and get knowing a culture of the market of Pará. The initial proposal is a thematic bar turned to sports, where through market research was possible measure and analyze, target public, suppliers and competitors, thus, being able to start up the decision making in the planning of the MACLAREN'S BAR. The proposal of the new enterprisement is an innovative concept in the city because its layout is focused on various themes of sports according to event transmitted in the day and by offering a menu with affordable prices for its clients. An analysis was performed on the consumer market, suppliers, competitors and on the economic viability of the enterprise, with the purpose of establishing a company without food segment. The plan also focuses on business knowledge, detailing all operational processes, employees needed for operation, such as marketing strategy, strengths and weaknesses through SWOT Analysis, presenting the data that provide the most knowledge of the segment as market opportunities. Thus, making possible the creation of competitive advantages of the market, in order to reduce risks and errors. As well as the income statements, also presenting the values of the company's net profit and the feasibility indicators that allow its validity. Will be used tools for computational simulation of prevision of different scenarios and analytic results, especially Monte Carlo's simulation, in order to minimize the uncertainties presents in the store's cash flow. This research is based on concepts of Economical Engeenier, with emphasis on Net Present Value (NPV). The simulation is realized in Excel and Crystal Ball software, where three scenarios are created to analyze the system behavior face of market variability. The first one, without refund growth, it shows a bigger probability of negative NPV, 75,10%. The second one, with a growth of 5% of refund, it shows an investment refund probability of 86,63%, but still, exist a risk to the investment. At last but not least, with a refund growth of 10%, it shows that when adding this refund value on the investment is almost certain, 99,80%. The goals reached shows that the enterprise with his actual administration ways, will not have satisfactory returns on his initial investments. This paper presents a research that will use the application of the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method on it's simplified form, in a warehouse of an university clinic in the city of Belem, to choose an ideal layout that meet the needs of the site. Besides the method, the study applies the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), where were mapped the process of input, output and system record, in order to identify and propose improvements of the internal procedures. As well, the proposals of stock policies, such as: ABC curve and stock control, to optimize the way that the materials will be allocated in the warehouse. This business plam aims to verify the feasibility of setting up a road transport and cargo storage company, demonstrating a safety tool for good planning and longevity of the business. Analyzes were carried out regarding customers, competitors, suppliers and also economic feasibility, with the purpose of establishing the company in the logistics segment. It sought to know the company itself, establishing operational processes, marketing strategies and strenghts and weaknesses of the enterprise. Techniques and tools of the Production Engineering were also identified that were fundamental for the perfect maintenance of the company and to guarantee competitive advantages. In this way, organizations in this sector need to achieve great excellence in the quality of their services rendered in order to maintain the reliability of their consumers. In order to know the quality of the services offered by the cafeteria, an interview was prepared with the participation of 64 clients. It was used as a tool to elaborate the work on the scale Servqual, which consists of a scale that compares the expectations of the market with the perception that it has of the quality of the service that is provided. Any investment has high risks and therefore it is necessary that the investor is prepared with planning, management and knowledge of the market. However, due to the complexity and the high costs of this enterprise, the choice of the most appropriate alternative for the lease decision is generally complex, thus increasing the company's competitiveness. So if the investor wants to increase the probability of success in his business, he must start leasing the right place and, in this way, can succeed in the operation. The paper analyzes the scenario in which a particular investor knows the market of fuel stations and knows the process of operation and has more than one option of choice for their investment. The AHP method facilitated the logical structuring of the problem and the generation of results based on qualitative and quantitative criteria. As a consequence, the index developed provides a tool for decision-making about which type of fueling station to be leased and for the search for the best investment. In addition, based on the general analyzes obtained in a specific study, the work aims to contribute to the improvement of the decision of the entrepreneurs. The EPC is the 4G core network, and its virtualization consists of decoupling the hardware and software used in the network nodes by implementing standard datacenters that run virtual machines to perform the network functions. Virtualization is of great value to mobile operators, providing many technical and financial advantages. Among them, a more flexible network, which will respond to market demand more quickly with low costs, lower equipment operation costs and the introduction of new services in a simpler way. EPC virtualization is critical for mobile operators, representing the first moment of the core network evolution towards 5G. Based on this, the maintenance of the activities of these companies depends heavily on the continuous search for the balance between cost reduction and customer service. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to study the Zero Base Budget from the distribution center of Brasil Foods S.A to identify the importance of its control, and its main impacts on logistic results as well. Based on this analysis, a failure in demand forecasting was identified, in which a study was applied to OTIF, which is a tool for measuring and evaluating the quality of logistics processes aligned to customer satisfaction. In addition to identifying the main causes of logistical management problems through quality tools, this paper suggests alternatives to improve service levels and the efficiency of the logistics of the company. Vale destacar que as estimativas de crescimento do ramo para 2018 são de 4%, segundo dados da Associação Nacional dos Distribuidores de Combustíveis, Lubrificantes, Logística e Conveniência (Plural). A tendência do mercado internacional tem mostrado que as lojas de conveniência estão transcendendo os postos de gasolina, abrindo assim oportunidades para ideias inovadoras no segmento. Diante disso, este plano de negócios tem como objetivo analisar a viabilidade da abertura de uma loja de conveniência de autosserviço com vending machines, focada na venda de snacks e bebidas na cidade de Belém, no estado do Pará, mais precisamente no bairro do Umarizal. Dessa maneira, foram feitas análises de mercado com o intuito de estudar os clientes e fornecedores, além de se elaborar um plano de marketing e um estudo sobre a viabilidade financeira do projeto. O investimento total estimado para abertura da empresa foi de R$58.458,47, gerando uma estimativa de R$90.216,00 de receita anual, com lucratividade de 18,84% ao ano. The objective on BSC’s elaboration is to propose a management gadget used for the company’s best interest, helping to organize the planning of goals using financial and non-financial indicators. BSC’s construction was realized in four steps: on step one, we searched about the company’s strategic planning (mission, vision, values), and an indoor and outdoor environment analysis using SWOT. We validated the strategic goal on long term and through brainstorming, the strategic objectives of every BSC’s perspective were created. On step two, we elucidate the direction over tools, created long-term goals, such as strategic objectives on every BSC’s perspective (financial, clients, construction and growth). On step three, the indicators, metrics and its measure methodology were created. On step four, the goals to overcome strategic objectives and tasks to reach those goals were formulated. The Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method presents itself as suitable for the planning of the macro-space of a department store. Through this method, it is possible to identify the local characteristics, their limitations, needs and elucidate the interrelations of the business in order to generate alternatives of physical arrangement that meet their requirements. The proposals generated needed to be evaluated in order to generate a better result in terms of the organization and optimization of the flow, compared to the gender of the store in question. The main objective of this work is to evaluate layout proposals generated through the PSL and other data sources - collaborators and external clients - with the help of a multi-criteria decision support method, and the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) tool was selected to perform This task. It compares alternatives peer-to-peer through a hierarchical analysis based on the decision-making process of a manager. The work is directed to department stores that present challenges in defining and arranging their departments for increased productivity, as well as reconcile with the customer's purchasing decision process. The method was applied in a home center located in Belém-PA that needs to define the new physical arrangement of the store that underwent a lease process of a relevant portion for an outsourced company. Three different layout alternatives were generated, evaluated through four quantitative and qualitative criteria, and one proposal was selected, being detailed through sensitivity analysis made available through the Software Expert Choice used in the development of the work. Thus, the present paper made an analysis and a measure of quality in an automotive paint shop located in Belem-Pa, and with this gauging, obtained data to create an action plan to improve the quality of the service. The study used the tool SERVQUAL, which consist on a research of 22 items from the dimensions of tangibility, reliability, readiness, safety and empathy that help a better comprehension of the expectations and the perceptions of the services provided from the shop, being the same items approached in two different occasions in the research. The cake is one of the most important items in any celebration, they are present at birthdays, weddings and other events always being part of special moments in people's life. So, the idea of creating the company " Sonhos Comestíveis" came up to produce personalized cakes, where the client will choose the theme of the cake related to their celebration and dream .The cakes of Sonhos Comestíveis company will be directed to the public B-C, aiming at the more accessibility of this product by these classes, not leaving the quality aside. This business will be situated in Benevides – PA. Many global and national consumption and fish farms researches were made in addition of a study about the regional fish market and financial analysis, that was positive, resulting R$185.648,07 of profits per year, estimating the ROI (returning of the investment) in 1 year and 3 months.
