And for this to happen you need three basic principles: screening, treatment and transportation. Therefore, in order to establish a priority during the screening of these victims, the Simple Triage And Rapid Treatment (START) method is the most used worldwide and the method of choosing the Ministry of Health for care in Brazil. This study has as main objective to analyze what the scientific productions has been approaching between the period of 2009-2018 on the prehospital care in incidents with multiple victims. For this, a bibliographical review was chosen. In total, 18 articles composed the review review corpus. The interventions carried out in the reviewed studies were subdivided into three categories: The importance of a rapid response plan; Training of the APH Professional and Disaster Nursing Practice. The articles found addressed the APH in IMV and the importance of correct screening, from the knowledge of the professionals who work ahead, reported on the importance of training with realistic simulations. In a multi-victim event, screening plays a key role and contributes significantly to patient survival.Item Atuação da equipe multiprofissional em cuidados paliativos oncológicos/assistência domiciliar(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2019) Couto, Anna Carolina Amoras; Monteiro, Fernanda Lúcia Rocha; Queiroz, Joyce da Cruz; Souza, Regina Coeli Nascimento de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3304357160489041; Gomes, Marlyene dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4533792589931288; Carvalho, Maria Margarida Costa de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0099807168553607Cancer in palliative home care has approach to promote quality of life and relief of suffering for patients and their families facing prognosis without a cure. This home care environment contributed to the reduction of the anxiety of the patient and family. The interest in knowing about the program of cancer palliative care/home care arose out of practical lessons in Hospital Ophir Loyola, When we have taken note of this program as important and necessary for the cancer patients residing in Belém. To know the performance of the multidisciplinary team in oncology/palliative home care. Report form the multidisciplinary team performs its actions with patients and their families. Identify how the multidisciplinary team prepares the caregiver to deal with cancer patients in home care. Identify the difficulties and benefits found by the multidisciplinary team of home care service in working with cancer patients in palliative care. This is a qualitative approach of exploratory character, where the data were collected through semi-structured interview script. Research participants were professionals working in the field team (nurse, doctor, psychologist, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, dentist, social worker and speech therapist). The professionals who took part in the research were represented by their acronyms in General and individual universal acronym EMAD (multidisciplinary team of home care). The participants were the sector of CCPO1, CCPO2 and SAD totaling 8 professionals who responded to interview script with previously established questions, related to your expertise in Oncology/palliative care home care. Watching in full the report of each professional regarding performance within the multidisciplinary team. With the common practice among professionals like: search team within their specific characteristics to achieve the principles of palliative care ensuring dignity and comfort to the patient and your family. In the process of the construction of the work it was found that most of these palliative care in terminal patients seeking to provide an environment of comfort and symptom control in physical, emotional, social, spiritual the patient and their families. Because the communication and interventions between multiprofessional teams are a fundamental piece to keep the patient comfortable by ensuring the best quality of life possible.Item Barreiras enfrentadas para realização do Papanicolaou: elaboração de uma tecnologia educativa em saúde(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2019) Cardoso, Brenda Crystine da Rocha; Costa, Larissa Kelly Cunha; Peixoto, Ivonete Vieira Pereira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0072766773987067; Silva, Odinéa Maria da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9486910083591632; Trindade, Fernanda Araújo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4477115766340959The Pap Smear is a gynecological examination used to assist in the early diagnosis of cervical cancer and changes caused by Human Papillomavirus (HPV). International knowledge, as an appropriate, practical and inexpensive instrument for the screening of cervical cancer, also called colpocitology and more commonly reported by the client as a preventive examination. The Ministry of Health, as a priority group as a woman from 25 to 65 years of age for the realization. Aiming at improving the healthy lifestyle, with a view to the prevention and control of cancer risk factors, the uterus seeks the development of a light health education technology. To analyze the main barriers of women between 25 and 65 years to perform the preventive examination of milk cancer in a basic bed of the Unified Health System; Identify how women who take women to the Pap smear; Elaborate a technology through the most important points raised by the participants to improve the clarification about the preventive exam. This is a descriptive, exploratory study with a qualitative approach, performed at a Basic Health Unit (UBS) in the Jaderlândia neighborhood in the state of Pará, Brazil, with 18 women between 25 and 65 years old, through a semi-structured interview. Through the reports of the participants, we perceive the fragmented knowledge about the exam, with distinct origins being: family, basic health unit and media. It was evidenced the difficulties to perform the exam being: due to failures in the management of the UBS, material management and the absence of the professional, the difficulties that lead women to discredit the exam are: delay in the result of the exam, lack of material and expressions of feelings, which are: shame, fear and pain. And the reasons that prevent these women not to maintain a periodicity with the examination is due to the forgetfulness and daily occupations. Based on all that was evidenced palas participants of the research was developed a light technology chosen to present to this public, this being a poster in the form of banner to be left in the unit in a place easily accessible and understanding the lay population to the effectiveness of technology. It is concluded that it is not enough to guarantee access to the Pap smear in the health services, nor to issue information about it. It is primarily necessary to ensure that customers have access to this information, and that it is appropriate and scientifically based.Item Os efeitos terapêuticos da ozonioterapia ao portador de pé diabético: uma revisão integrativa da literatura(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2019) Neves, Sthefany Borges das; Araújo, Wellen Simone de Barros; Bittencourt, Margarete Carréra; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6459146408488843; Sozinho, Maria de Belém Ramos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0704907714026557; Cruz, Maria de Nazaré da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5419032892855863The term diabetes mellitus (DM) refers to a metabolic disorder of heterogeneous etiologies, characterized by hyperglycemia and metabolic disorders of carbohydrates, proteins and fats, resulting from defects in insulin secretion and / or action (Ministry of Health , 2013). Diabetic lesions tend to heal slowly and are often associated with difficult-to-resolve infections that are characterized in the presence of foot lesions due to neuropathies known as diabetic foot (CARDOSO et al., 2010). Ozone therapy is presented in the literature as an option for the treatment of lesions, both for its antimicrobial potential and for the ability to interfere with tissue repair in which it stimulates the formation of new vessels in the affected region, accelerating the formation of granulation tissue and decreasing healing time (CARDOSO et al., 2010). The most common complication among DM patients is diabetic foot, leading to several consequences such as hospitalizations and amputations of lower limbs. Approximately 15% of diabetics will develop ulcers, of which 15 to 20% will require some type of amputation. This is because the feet are vulnerable parts to the diabetic complications, since they are exposed daily to repetitive traumas. To seek scientific evidence on the benefits of the therapeutic use of ozone in diabetic lesions through an integrative literature review. The study is an integrative review of descriptive and exploratory literature in the national and international context. The research included original articles, review articles and master's thesis. To guide the present integrative review, the following question was asked: what are the scientific evidences about the therapeutic effects of ozone therapy to diabetic foot wearers from January 2010 to February 2019? In the initial search in the literature 20 articles were found according to the descriptors in the health sciences, after the analysis of the same 10 articles were selected that met the inclusion criteria of this study. The sample of this Integrative Review of Literature totaled 10 articles, of which 3 (30%) were found only in the MEDLINE database, 1 (10%) only in LILACS, 2 (20%) only in the VHL, 3 (30%) in the VHL and LILACS and 1 (10%) in the VHL and MEDLINE. According to the research carried out in the literature, all the studies showed benefits, such as: reduction of bacterial growth (NE1), reduction of amputation (NE2), decreased infection and reduced amputation (NE3 ), there was neovascularization and acceleration in tissue repair (NE3, NE6) and there was reduction of the lesion area. According to the studies conducted by IZADI, et al. (2019), it was found that the healing time depends on the size of the lesion and subsequent ozone dosage, the greater the lesion the longer the cicatrization time and the greater the dosage. The use of ozone in diabetic lesions is a practice that has satisfactory results, and the nurse must be up to date, conducting studies regarding the technique in order to provide a better treatment option and quality of life for diabetic foot patients.Item Incidência de lesões cutâneas em neonatos na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal de um hospital de referência(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2019) Pereira, Jakeline Batista; Sousa, Jaqueline Téles de; Santos, Wanessa Lyandra Oliveira; Sozinho, Maria de Belém Ramos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0704907714026557; Cruz, Maria de Nazaré da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5419032892855863; Peixoto, Ivonete Vieira Pereira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0072766773987067The skin is one of the major organs of the human body, in addition to being the largest organ, and performs important functions such as immunological thermoregulation, defense against toxins and infections. Therefore, the preservation of skin integrity is very important especially in children and newborns that still have thin and sensitive skin. GOAL: To analyze the incidence of skin lesions in a neonatal intensive care unit of a referral hospital; Trace the main factors that cause injuries in neonates admitted to the NICU; Observe the neonate during the procedures of the professionals quantifying the skin lesions in the NICU; To characterize newborns hospitalized in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit regarding the clinical variables. The data collection was done through the form of the characterization of the clinical variables of the newborn; the data were organized and accounted for in the Excel spreadsheet program. After the correction of some errors and the analysis was carried out in the SPSS Statistics Program, the development of the study met the national and international standards of ethics in research involving human beings. Participants were 43 neonates. Pretere newborns prevailed with 37.2% males, and born cesarean births that gave the percentage of 70%, and 28% weighed up to 1088 g. In the evaluation of the diagnosis of hospitalizations, 32.6% of hospital admission among the newborns was respiratory disorder, followed by prematurity with 18.6%, followed by meconium aspiration syndrome with 9.3% of the cases. 4.7% due to unspecified intestinal obstruction. On the other hand, the evaluation of the skin, from the data recorded, 72.7% of the lesions were caused by adhesive fixation and by venous puncture. Secondly, the removal of adhesives with 21.2% and with 3% the infiltration, besides the friction in the region of the diaper also with 3%. The sites that presented lesions with more incidences were on the lips, in which 55.8% of the children had these lesions. Then, the MMSS had 48.8%, followed by the MMII with 41.8%, the umbilical stump and the abdominal region had an incidence of 13.9%, 9.3% presented lesions on the perineum and on the face, 6, 9% in the posterior thorax and in the head, 2.3% of the infants had lesions in the anterior thorax and sacral region and 4.6% had no lesions By associating the variables with the scores, the neonates presented statistical significance for the development of skin lesions, extreme premature infants, low birth weight infants and newborns nursing PICC and peripheral catheter concomitantly. A positive evaluation of the skin of these RNs was concluded. However, the scores show the rupture injury was the prevailing construct and is related to venous punctures and the fixation by tape.Item Perfil das gestantes atendidas em uma Estratégia Saúde da Família em Belém-PA(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2019) Silva, Aldebaram Mariana Abreu da; Tavares, Carlene Leandro; Rocha, Paula Sousa da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3929566584203932; Lima, Mariana Souza de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8926250391706936; Cruz, Maria de Nazaré da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5419032892855863One of the most important phases in the life of a woman is a gestation that corresponds to the period before the birth, that is, the development of the embryo. The gestational period is a time that shows the presence of physiological and emotional changes. Aiming at this, the Ministry of Health (MS) instituted the Prenatal and Birth Humanization Program (PHPN), through ordinance / GM No. 569 of 2000, which is a pregnant woman on the subject and the right to have a relationship prenatal. (NP) dignified and qualified throughout the period of childbirth, birth and puerperium (BRAZIL, 2011). To trace the profile of pregnant women attended by a Family Health team, in the Guamá neighborhood of Belém do Pará. An exploratory, retrospective, documentary, quantitative research is conducted in the form of a quantitative analysis , quantitative, quantitative, statistical and quantitative analysis in two parts: the first performed an identification of the pregnant woman and the second, the health history of the pregnant woman. The research was done by the Ethics and Research Committee with Human Beings of the University Center of the State of Pará (CEP / CESUPA). Under opinion No.: 3,189,267 CAAE: 08052318.6.0000.5169, on March 11, 2019. Based on the charts of the main ways of managing How was the prenatal care; Schooling according to age; Use of Contraceptive Methods and Age and; Number of pregnancies according to age. A thematic of the study deserves important attention, since the pregnant women compose the main uses of the health services. Therefore, it is imperative that the health services are knowledgeable about the profile of pregnant women attended by education programs aimed at non-prenatal promotion and prevention. It is therefore essential for the follow-up and guidance of pregnant women.Item Perfil epidemiológico da mortalidade infantil por sepse no estado do Pará(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2024-06-14) Vanderley, Eduarda Lisboa; Rossy, Julia Borges; Costa, Laiza Souza; Caldas, Emylly Barrozo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5177663145138920; Rosa, João Victor Moura; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4313376872732929; Freitas, Luana da SilvaSepsis is the leading cause of death in Intensive Care Units (ICU) worldwide, with an estimated number of more than 48 million cases and 11 million deaths annually. Sepsis can be considered one of the main adverse events that impact life, as it is life-threatening and can be defined as the systemic response to an infectious disease, whether caused by pathogens. To carry out an epidemiological study that identifies the epidemiological profile of mortality due to sepsis in children in the state of Pará. This was a cross-sectional, quantitative epidemiological study that consulted the public database (TABNET) from 2021 to 2023. The sample The research was obtained through screening of data obtained from the mortality database for children in age group 1. From the consultation, the data obtained was organized and tabulated. From this, we proceeded with statistical analysis using the GraphPad software, performing parametric and non-parametric tests, to define incidence, prevalence and epidemiological profile. It is observed in the results of this research that the incidence of mortality due to sepsis affects boys and girls in the same proportion, being preponderant in the metropolitan region of the state and of mixed race ethnicity, as well as being predominant in public hospitals, however treatment in the state of Pará is being effective because the number of hospitalizations is greater than the number of deaths recorded, and the year with the highest number was 2021. It is worth highlighting that several factors influence this index, such as family income, which tends to be aggravating in families of low, the absence of basic public health, such as water and electricity, and access to the private health system, which increases hospitalizations in public systems. Therefore, it is a plausible discussion and a challenge to be met to improve the supply and public health assistance for the population, intensifying prevention and health promotion. Thus, this research makes it possible to reflect on the importance of the theme of epidemiological studies on sepsis, reinforcing both that there is no difference in mortality between patient sexes, the occurrence in greater proportions in the public service, as well as the importance of evaluating whether the reduction of mortality in hospitalized patients is due to improvements in team training, or underreporting of mortality in the systems. Therefore, it is extremely important to collect epidemiological data in the region, as this generates data and statistical analyzes that can be compared, generating impacts on community health prevention.Item Prevenção de quedas e fraturas em idosos: potencialidades educacionais para a enfermagem(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2024-06-14) Furtado, Aline Botelho; Salheb, Carla do Amaral; Brabo, Débora Maria do Santos; Rosa, João Victor Moura; Pereira, Átila Augusto Cordeiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3520714316934552; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4313376872732929; Albuquerque, Nahima Castelo de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8382883487805422; Vale, Jamil Michel Miranda do; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7275635410107127Falls and fractures represent a significant public health issue among the elderly, with negative impacts on quality of life and healthcare costs. This study addresses the importance of preventing these adverse events and highlights the fundamental role of nursing in this process. Initially, risk factors associated with falls in the elderly are discussed, including muscle weakness, imbalance, vision problems, and medication use. Nurses play a fundamental role in this scenario, and Educational Technologies are powerful tools to train and improve the care provided to pregnant women in Preterm Labor. Although physiological pregnancy is ideally designed to minimize any trauma to the mother, serious complications, such as Preterm Labor, can arise, requiring immediate procedures. In this context, Health Technology plays a crucial role, not only in diagnosis and treatment, but also in promoting prevention and problem-solving strategies in the health area. OBJECTIVE: To develop a prototype for the obstetric nurse on Preterm Labor. METHODOLOGY: This is a methodological study (app prototyping), exploratory, descriptive, based on Falkembach's Instructional Design (2005), in which it will be operationalized in two phases: (i) exploratory and integrative literature review; (ii) prototyping. These steps were adapted to better understand/develop the research. Instructional Design addresses five phases: (i) analysis and planning; (ii) modeling; (iii) implementation; (iv) evaluation and maintenance; (v) distribution. The first two phases were operationalized: (i) analysis and planning; (ii) Modeling (Conceptual, Navigation and Interface). These steps were adapted to better understand/develop the research. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The development of the application proposed in this work presents a promising potential to overcome this barrier. The application will not only facilitate access to existing information, but it will also be able to be continuously fed with new data and discoveries, allowing constant updating and opening doors for future research and scientific contributions.Item Um olhar para a saúde mental dos profissionais de atendimento pré-hospitalar em instituições filantrópicas: uma revisão integrativa de literatura(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2024-06-14) Cruz, Giovanna Francis Silva; Rosa, João Victor Moura; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4313376872732929; Amorim, Claudiane Santana Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1796401874440638; Gomes, Lourdes Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8486690790642676This work aims to investigate the mental health of pre-hospital care professionals in philanthropic institutions, highlighting the relevance of this theme for the quality of life of workers and the efficiency of the services provided. Through an integrative literature review, recent studies that address risk factors and mental health protection of these professionals, as well as institutional psychological support strategies, were analyzed. The research reveals that these workers are subject to high levels of stress, emotional exhaustion and physical exhaustion, resulting from the exhausting nature of rescue and first aid work. It is concluded that it is essential that institutions adopt mental health support policies to minimize the negative impacts of this routine, promoting a healthier and safer work environment for these professionals.
