This work tried to develop the Microsoft's tool, Power BI, to enhance the decision making process of the company. Based on qualitative and quantitative researches, of exploratory and descriptive character, the case of study allowed for the understanting of actual state of the company, which develop their indicators using manual sheets and graphs. As a result, four panels of indicators were obtained for every process of a sector, which allowed for the indicators' automation, rearrangement to a single place, the management improvement on the company's point of view and the reduction of effort for the indicator's development. It is necessary to demonstrate the steps and methods used in the development of these analyses, given the high number of businesses that close prematurely due to a lack of adequate financial planning. The study examines the current market conditions, identifying opportunities and challenges for new entrepreneurs. The methodology includes a detailed bibliographical and documentary analysis of economic aspects, as well as a Case Study, taking into account initial and operational costs, and revenue projections. The research also encompasses a critical review of consumption trends, changes in purchasing patterns, and consumer preferences. Additionally, the work explores the importance of scenario analysis to anticipate potential changes in the business environment, seeking to identify external variables that may impact the venture, enabling the formulation of adaptive strategies. For this purpose, an initial investment survey was conducted, cash flow projection was analyzed, a Minimum Attractive Rate of Return (MARR) was defined, and financial indicators such as NPV, IRR, and Payback were calculated. The expected results include valuable insights for entrepreneurs interested in the stationery sector, providing a solid foundation for informed decision-making. By addressing not only economic viability but also the nuances of entrepreneurship and market dynamics, this study aims to contribute to the sustainable success of new ventures in the sector and to any conceptualization of a new business.Item Um modelo para gerenciar projetos em uma empresa de óleos situada em Belém-PA(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2019-12-17) Pinho, Brendo Ruan Lima; Lima, Vitor Ferreira; Oliveira, Fransuze dos Santos; Freitas, Felipe Fonseca Tavares de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5523511253031983Projects are considered to be the starting point of products, services, new ventures, processes, among other investments, so they must be well analyzed, planned and executed. Project management emerges with the intention of facilitating and optimizing the progress of such projects, so it is used to ensure quality in achieving an organization´s goals, as companies seek continuous improvement, which can also be obtained through projects. However, some of them do not use or apply management tools consistently because they do not have standard templates to track their planning and project execution. So this paper describes conceptual and motivational aspects related to the application of project management and presents the main tools, structures, processes and practices, having as a main goal to propose a model for the project management sector of a company that does not have a standard methodology for the planning and implementation of its internal projects. The proposed model considers the lessons and good practices of the PMBOK Guide and some implements of the Agile Manifesto. The main results obtained with the study and the proposed model were the improvement in the communication between the sectors involved in the project and the creation of criteria for prioritizing the projects to be executed. The Açaí Taste entry on market intends to inovate on açaí consumption way on the state, offering a light, functional and cheap product. The study was executed with tools as SWOT, 5W2H and PESTEL analysis, presential and on line interviews were used as well for the data collect looking up develop a supplier and customer comparative analysis to grounds a market research execution. This business plam aims to verify the feasibility of setting up a road transport and cargo storage company, demonstrating a safety tool for good planning and longevity of the business. Analyzes were carried out regarding customers, competitors, suppliers and also economic feasibility, with the purpose of establishing the company in the logistics segment. It sought to know the company itself, establishing operational processes, marketing strategies and strenghts and weaknesses of the enterprise. Techniques and tools of the Production Engineering were also identified that were fundamental for the perfect maintenance of the company and to guarantee competitive advantages. According to na article by Valor Econômico, the retail sector of construction materials increased its revenue in 2022. Based on estimates from the Brazilian Institute of Economics (IBRE) of FGV in partnership with the National Association of Construction Material Retailers (Anamaco), the sector generated approximately R$ 207 billion in 2022, showing a 2.5% growth compared to 2021. For 2023, the organization anticipates a revenue growth ranging from 1% to 3%. This business plan provides a comprehensive overview, addressing the objective of assessing the economic feasibility of the internal expansion of Guajará Construction Materials store, along with its justification and key points. Moreover, the Market Analysis section provides detailed insights into the construction materials market in the Guajará store's region, covering competition, customer profiles, consumption trends, and growth opportunities. This includes SWOT analysis and Porter's five forces analysis. The analysis will address the market viability and the financial viability of the enterprise. To understand the viability of the business plan, several aspects will be investigated, including the study of the regional market. This approach involves detailed analysis of local consumer behavior, considering consumption patterns and preferences. In addition, local competitors will be examined and suppliers available to meet the company's needs will be evaluated. Based on these analyses, work will be dedicated to building the marketing plan and operational plan. These documents comprehensively detail how the company plans to position itself in the market, aiming to gain a competitive advantage. Finally, a complete financial plan will be drawn up, the purpose of which is to measure the business's ability to generate returns and achieve relevance in the market. This present work had the objective of putting together an applicational planning of knowledge management tools, as na object of study in production engineering, which can improve the productivity of a textile industry, only possible from an analysis of the main critical points in need of improvement. To this end, the methodology used was the application of a questionnaire to collect the data considered important, together with “in loco” surveys to monitor activities, allowing for greater precision and depth. For this purpose, these have to be planned, executed and controlled, by the implentation of some management tools, such as the Balanced Scorecard-BSC, that is based in performance indicators. In spite of this, some managers, especially in Small Enterprises, don´t implement an efficient strategic planning and have difficulties to adopt the performance indicators, due to adverse factors.This research aimed to propose a management model based on BSC, using as a study object a small food manufaturer.The necessary data were collected through the evaluation of the current strategic planning and interviews with managers and employees.In addtion, the environmental was investigated, using the SWOT analysis, ideological rewiew, BSC construction, correlatin matrix and suggestions for the monitoring process of indicators and actions were made. Therefore, a control model of the stratetic planning was elaborated.Item Robô comprador – automatização de emissão de pedidos de compras através de RPA(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2021-07-01) Vieira, Fernanda Pinheiro de Menezes; Nascimento, Polyana Santos Fonseca; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6889523334917369; Araújo, Andrea Cristina Marques de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7322421741765559The procurement department, an integral part of Supply Chain Management, plays an importante role in both the financial and operational results of the companies. Despite the relevance, there are still many operational tasks and repetitive activities in these department, with high volume vs. low financial impact. After an analysis of the purchasing department of a multinational mining company with a branch in the State of Pará, a high volume of material purchase orders was identified with a value of up to 20,000 reais (limit considered low risk for the company, where the buyer needs only 01 proposal for issuing a purchase order) - 86% of the total quantity, with low financial representation - 19% of the total amount. Thus, this study proposes to develop and apply RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to automate the issuance of purchase orders for material from the selected company with a value of up to 20,000 reais. RPA has gained prominence as a software that allows the automation of routine, standardized and highvolume processes, allowing the labor previously allocated to these processes to be reallocated to more strategic activities, increasing the performance of companies with possible improvement in the engagement of teams involved. The main results of the study was a detailed description of steps for the RPA implementation in the purchasing department, a revised flowchart and purchasing procedure - as well as the main expected results of the application. Future work is suggested after collected the results from the implementation, once the project has been fully delivered.
