This work consists in a model of business plan developed to establish guidelines in the design of a thematic bar located in the city of Belém, Pará. Analyzing economically its viability of the business, segment and the implementation of the proposed enterprisement. An analysis made through questionnaires trying to reach a real need and get knowing a culture of the market of Pará. The initial proposal is a thematic bar turned to sports, where through market research was possible measure and analyze, target public, suppliers and competitors, thus, being able to start up the decision making in the planning of the MACLAREN'S BAR. The proposal of the new enterprisement is an innovative concept in the city because its layout is focused on various themes of sports according to event transmitted in the day and by offering a menu with affordable prices for its clients. The financial analysis was defined through economic studies based on data collected and calculations made over the need for the investment needed to start the business, besides the projections of possible scenarios which may be faced by the entrepreneurs in this region.

This business plan has as main objective to verify the viability of the creation of a product, containing the traditional açaí along with tapioca flour in a packaging already used in the market, where it will provide a new concept for consumption, evidencing the importance of the study of the implementation of the plan. An analysis was performed on the consumer market, suppliers, competitors and on the economic viability of the enterprise, with the purpose of establishing a company without food segment. The plan also focuses on business knowledge, detailing all operational processes, employees needed for operation, such as marketing strategy, strengths and weaknesses through SWOT Analysis, presenting the data that provide the most knowledge of the segment as market opportunities. Thus, making possible the creation of competitive advantages of the market, in order to reduce risks and errors. As well as the income statements, also presenting the values of the company's net profit and the feasibility indicators that allow its validity. Based on the studies of these indicators, it was found in the market and feasible, as seen throughout the plan.

The growth of big cities with a world population, that has pets, has an increase in working time. This, preventing people from spending more time doing household duties, such as providing a pet food for your pet. This can cause serious health problems to the animal. The objective of this work is to develop a prototype of an automatic feeder that helps the pet owner to give pet food in intervals with a quantity of feed, configured by a local network. The development of the prototype consisted of home automation concepts. The Arduino Uno platform was used in conjunction with sensors and actuators for the development of the prototype. The prototype will provide convenience to the pet owner.

This study aims to do an economic viability analysis on a clothing company, located at Belém - PA, since there was no previous analysis of viability and return on the investment for the creation of this action. Will be used tools for computational simulation of prevision of different scenarios and analytic results, especially Monte Carlo's simulation, in order to minimize the uncertainties presents in the store's cash flow. This research is based on concepts of Economical Engeenier, with emphasis on Net Present Value (NPV). The simulation is realized in Excel and Crystal Ball software, where three scenarios are created to analyze the system behavior face of market variability. The first one, without refund growth, it shows a bigger probability of negative NPV, 75,10%. The second one, with a growth of 5% of refund, it shows an investment refund probability of 86,63%, but still, exist a risk to the investment. At last but not least, with a refund growth of 10%, it shows that when adding this refund value on the investment is almost certain, 99,80%. The goals reached shows that the enterprise with his actual administration ways, will not have satisfactory returns on his initial investments. However, with some administrative changes, the risk of the company not picking up positive results will be almost null

This business plan consists of gathering information for the opening of the new pet store “Pará Pet” in the city of Belém state of Pará, more precisely in the district of Marambaia. The surveys, studies and analysis of data are fundamental to increase the chances of success of the new venture. The localization was selected based on the good visibility, high traffic of people, vehicles and it is located at Av. Pedro Alvares Cabral, near to the Entroncamento. The market segment of business was selected based on extensive market research that shows pet sector is a very promising segment for new entrepreneurs in Brazil.

Associated with the detailed knowledge of its process and the better stock policies, the physical space when disposed the right way, turns into a critic factor to the process functioning, facilitating the material, information and people flows. This paper presents a research that will use the application of the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method on it's simplified form, in a warehouse of an university clinic in the city of Belem, to choose an ideal layout that meet the needs of the site. Besides the method, the study applies the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), where were mapped the process of input, output and system record, in order to identify and propose improvements of the internal procedures. As well, the proposals of stock policies, such as: ABC curve and stock control, to optimize the way that the materials will be allocated in the warehouse. Therefore, were proposed improvements at the warehouse system, policies of stock reposition and the elaboration of two layout proposals, which the one selected meets all requirements of the regulatory standards and the restrictions imposed at the warehouse.

The main business purpose of the current business plan is to analyze the possibility of creating a food business, stating the need for its effectiveness so that longevity can be assured. A survey was carried out to analyze the profile of the clients, the profile of the competitors, quotations to define the best suppliers and a study for economic feasibility of the project, with the purpose of consolidating in the short term in the food segment of hamburgers in the city de Belém. With delivery service, delivering quality, hot and fast handcrafted hamburgers at the customers' residence.

The business plan is ideal for grouping and organizing reliable information from the marketplace, products and services, marketing practices, operational planning and finnancial plan; ensures security for entrepreneurs looking to start a business or even broaden and promote innovations in their business. This business plam aims to verify the feasibility of setting up a road transport and cargo storage company, demonstrating a safety tool for good planning and longevity of the business. Analyzes were carried out regarding customers, competitors, suppliers and also economic feasibility, with the purpose of establishing the company in the logistics segment. It sought to know the company itself, establishing operational processes, marketing strategies and strenghts and weaknesses of the enterprise. Techniques and tools of the Production Engineering were also identified that were fundamental for the perfect maintenance of the company and to guarantee competitive advantages. After analyzing all the steps, especially the financial plan, where the investments, the estimates of billing and costs, the income statement and the business feasibility indicators are explained, and based on the probable scenario, it is safe to assert the viability the foundation of the company.

The great increase of incoming that exists in the sector of cafeterias in Barcarena has been making that the quality of the service provided are crucial factor for decision making in the choice of where to go. In this way, organizations in this sector need to achieve great excellence in the quality of their services rendered in order to maintain the reliability of their consumers. In order to know the quality of the services offered by the cafeteria, an interview was prepared with the participation of 64 clients. It was used as a tool to elaborate the work on the scale Servqual, which consists of a scale that compares the expectations of the market with the perception that it has of the quality of the service that is provided. As a result, we obtained an overview of the difference between the quality perceived and the expectation of the same, by the customers of the Casa da Empada , with indications of the strengths and weaknesses.

This work presents the application of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method as a decision support tool for the best alternatives of fueling stations that best matches its investor characteristics. Any investment has high risks and therefore it is necessary that the investor is prepared with planning, management and knowledge of the market. However, due to the complexity and the high costs of this enterprise, the choice of the most appropriate alternative for the lease decision is generally complex, thus increasing the company's competitiveness. So if the investor wants to increase the probability of success in his business, he must start leasing the right place and, in this way, can succeed in the operation. The paper analyzes the scenario in which a particular investor knows the market of fuel stations and knows the process of operation and has more than one option of choice for their investment. The AHP method facilitated the logical structuring of the problem and the generation of results based on qualitative and quantitative criteria. As a consequence, the index developed provides a tool for decision-making about which type of fueling station to be leased and for the search for the best investment. In addition, based on the general analyzes obtained in a specific study, the work aims to contribute to the improvement of the decision of the entrepreneurs. The method proved to be valid, resulting in the inner city profile as the most appropriate to the entrepreneur profile and listing Bujaru fuel supply station as the best alternative for leasing.

Since the urbanization process has led to the enlargement of cities and, consequently, diminishment of green zones inside towns, researches have been made in order to find sustainable methods to restore nature into city’s environment, where stands out the concept of vertical gardens. It was found to be a suitable solution for it, because of its proposal to grow fruits and vegetables in reduced spaces. A main example of fruit that can successfully develop in reduced environments is the tomato, which is also part of almost every human diet in the world. Meanwhile, aiming to manage these vertical gardens irrigation and regarding the waste of water in agriculture along with the ongoing hydric crisis, there is automation and ambient monitoring technology as a tendency to be implemented. Therefore, this paper is a research using the Arduino embedded computer platform integrated with sensors, actuators and men-machine interface to control the processes of irrigation and supervision of tomato cultures. Thus, the planting development was optimized and the waste of water seen in the manual irrigation system reduced, these factors established the influence of good irrigation management on the growing of the culture and the efficiency in the use of embedded systems to sustainable automation.

Due to the growing evolution of the telecommunications sector, especially in the wireless Internet providers area, emerges a need to optimize the performance of structures that support for these, which are known as NodeB. Possessing equipments are installed in ambients that are unfavorable to maintenance, there appears the need for constant monitoring of these, with the goal of minimizing their downtime. Therefore, this work proposes a solution based on the platforms Arduino and Raspberry Pi, integrated with sensors and communication modules to generate a monitoring system with a SMS notification mechanism in cases of anomalies, in order to establish a predictive maintenance scenario, avoiding possible equipment failures.

Faced with an environmental and energy crisis that affects the entire planet, new ways of energy obtainment, which are less polluting, are needed. The renewable energy, also called alternative sources, in a short time became an alternative way of energy generation, being able to reduce our dependence on traditional sources of energy generation. Photovoltaic or solar energy is one of these sources. The photovoltaic system, responsible for the capture of sunlight and conversion to electric energy, allows to be installed in homes, commerce and industries, bringing with it several advantages, between them the reduction of environmental impact and financial returns. The goal of this work is show the stages of a photovoltaic system project, using as reference a residence. Showing the photovoltaic system can supply the demand of house energy and provide a medium and long term financial return. Thus, it’s noted that’s possible to use alternative means of energy generation in order to reduce the dependencies of the other sources, obtain a financial return of the investment and reduce the impact descendant of other ways more polluting, as example, hydroelectric plants.

The use of virtual reality is increasingly present in daily life, several applications are being developed, such as in training, entertainment and health. This work aims to present VRVS (Virtual Reality using Vibrations on Skin), an embedded system, controlled by the PIC18F4550, for virtual reality system whose objective is to transmit vibrations on the skin based on the user interaction in the virtual environment developed in the Unity engine. The expected result was achieved with an accessible product, universally compatible with the most varied types of people and capable of transmitting perceptible vibrations.

The objective of this project is to develop a device to automate the process of making scrambled drinks, making available to the user different drink options and control of the individual choice of the different drinks involved in the process if the same one wants to make a drink not available in the Options. Making use of the concept of automation as a theoretical basis, more specifically the concepts of residential automation and processes for the development of the system. This work used the Arduino platform as logical control and decision-making, from the user commands, as well as making use of actuators that will be the active parts of the product in which the preprogrammed actions will be done in its Microcontroller, more specifically these actuators will be step motors and servo motors.

This monograph demonstrates the use of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) for security and access control applications, illustrating how this technology can benefit institutions and companies offering access control agility, having as a case study the University Center of Pará (CESUPA), Governador José Malcher unit. It will be verified that RFID can be used in institutions with large flow of people, not restricted to educational institutions, since companies and other institutions can be well evaluated if they offer quality of service to their users and clients, having as Focus the safety factor. Other similar systems have already flawed, but RFID has been the world-renowned technology as efficient in its speed in identifying and processing information. In the practical application, a prototype of RFID technology is presented to manage the access in organizations with great flow of people, using tags and searches in the database, visualization and analysis via web. In the construction of the prototype were used modules with antenna and RFID reader, being created two systems in Java language, on NetBeans IDE, storage in MySQL database, Arduino board and web development, realized in the language Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and The Apache web server configuration.

The evolution of information technologies and the increase of users in the digital environment also resulted in the increase of the number of crimes in the virtual environment, as well as the complexity of them, thus creating new challenges for the professionals involved in the computer forensics. The purpose of this study is precisely to analyze the forms that malicious users with personal computers can use to try to obstruct the expert analysis in case of suspect of crim, either by hiding or destroying data, so that the information obtained during the analyzes of this work may help in cases where the presence of any of these techniques. The approach used to carry out the study was the use of simulations of some of these techniques in a controlled environment close to the real scenario and the use of tools focused on expertise and digital research in these scenarios to evaluate the efficiency and main characteristics of these techniques, generating in this way technical information that may provide an advantage to the expert or digital investigator in cases with simliar occurrences to those present in this study.

Greenhouse cultivation is a technique that allows the creation of different types of crops, through the generation of microclimates using the control of parameters such as temperature, air humidity, soil moisture and luminosity from the environment. This project proposes the implementation of an automation system for indoor greenhouses using Raspberry Pi and the Node-RED platform to obtain control and monitoring of the parameters to simplify the cultivation of vegetables indoors.

This monograph discusses the Evolved Packet Core (EPC) virtualization, addressing the 4G architecture and detailing the EPC network functions. The EPC is the 4G core network, and its virtualization consists of decoupling the hardware and software used in the network nodes by implementing standard datacenters that run virtual machines to perform the network functions. Virtualization is of great value to mobile operators, providing many technical and financial advantages. Among them, a more flexible network, which will respond to market demand more quickly with low costs, lower equipment operation costs and the introduction of new services in a simpler way. EPC virtualization is critical for mobile operators, representing the first moment of the core network evolution towards 5G. However, the implementation of this network function also represents a series of challenges until operators can fully enjoy the promised benefits.

Because of the increase in the use of smartphones to access an internet and the accomplishment of daily tasks through applications such as ordering food and making payments, a possibility of creating a tool to facilitate the accomplishment of daily tasks was observed. Scheduling classes depending on the third party intervention becomes a time consuming task and as times are difficult to complete, several times or a lot of time with your time consumed due to a wait to execute a schedule, another hindrance is a delay without answering by phone when Student can get phone service. Failures in this way make a scheduler process complex, time-consuming and stressful. This is a database development program to generate a mobile application that performs the management of class schedules, scheduling classes through the application, without need for confirmation by people, only through the system, with an intention to automate the process, making it possible for you to perform your schedule in the shortest time possible through your smartphone anywhere.
