Through a business plan it is possible to put into practice all the ideas and information that the entrepreneur has about his enterprise. This business plan aims to verify the feasibility of implementing a Popular Medical Clinic in the metropolitan area of Belém. The health sector was chosen through market information, with an increasing demand for popular medical clinics that offer consultations and examinations in various specialties, and entering the competitive market with affordable price and providing quality services will be a differential. The focus of the creation of this business plan is the importance of efficient management, using tools learned during graduation. In order to obtain information and raise important data for the implementation of this popular clinic, the methodology of this business plan was constituted by market research with the analysis of clients, competitors and suppliers, as well as marketing, operational and financial plan. The information obtained gave the entrepreneurs the analysis of the risks and opportunities that this business will offer, as well as all the planning for the implementation of the popular medical clinic, where it was possible to obtain the viability of this business.Item Plano de negócios: um estudo de viabilidade para abertura de um restaurante na cidade de Viseu-PA(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2020) Oliveira, João Paulo Raiol; Araújo, Tatiana Maíra Thomaz; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8988298591920318; Patrício, Júlio Cezar dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1799014841946544The business plan presents itself as a fundamental tool for business planning, as it provides the entrepreneur with a detailed view of the important points of the enterprise. This study has as main objective to present a business plan for opening a Restaurant in the city of Viseu-Pará. To this end, market research was carried out, preparation of marketing, operational and financial plans. The research methodology was divided into application of quantitative and qualitative questionnaires with potential customers and semi-structured interviews with competitors. The results achieved indifferent that there is a demand for services similar to what will be delivered by the proposed restaurant Remanso do Gurupi in the city, in addition, the financial indicators indefinitely calculated the feasibility for opening the business, with a term of approximately 5 (five) months for return on invested capital.
