Abstract

The present article will develop analyzes about structural racism of work relationships, questioning racial discrimination practices that are still illegally practiced in an institutional and systemic way. The purpose of this essay must also be highlighted as the consideration of studies regarding the pre-contractual phases and their consequent responsibilities on the part of employers, based on studies, statistics, normative collections and legal regulations, using these as a combat instrument to the continuous nature of racist practice and the impacts arising from it.
