Along with this, the opportunity arises for more vacancies for computer engineering professionals. However, it is notable that many academics in the field are unaware of the step-by-step construction of a microprocessed embedded system, as well as the concept of embedded Linux. This work aims to develop a documentation that contains the development of an embedded microprocessed system in Linux, using as basis the BeagleBone Black development board. This importance is explained in indigenous folklore, in which a legend tells the story of its origin, treating it as a food that saved an entire tribe. But not everything is fantasy, açaí is a food that has many nutritional benefits that have been discovered and explored since the 1990s. This interest produced a growth in the demand for the fruit and its derivatives, resulting in the need for technological solutions in several parts of its productive chain. Thereby, the present work aims to create a mobile application that works as an ad marketplace for the açaí market, optimizing its marketing and bringing ease to its members. For this, it was essential to use the IBGE locations API, which provided the manipulation of the counties of Pará as data for various features of the application. This, preventing people from spending more time doing household duties, such as providing a pet food for your pet. This can cause serious health problems to the animal. The objective of this work is to develop a prototype of an automatic feeder that helps the pet owner to give pet food in intervals with a quantity of feed, configured by a local network. The development of the prototype consisted of home automation concepts. The Arduino Uno platform was used in conjunction with sensors and actuators for the development of the prototype. Being connected is not synonymous with leisure, many responsibilities involve computerized systems and the internet is the means to reach them. Loaded with this thought, this work brings the technical vision behind the implementation of a Mesh network system in a home environment, a technology that increases the Wi-Fi coverage capacity and simplifies the way to connect to the internal network. The work aims to identify the main problems that befall the wireless transmission medium and, through a case study with an applied research nature, introduce changes that directly improve the user experience in terms of stability, mobility and performance. The development indicated that the bad positioning of the access points was the biggest responsible for the instability in the connection, where the implementation of new network devices that guaranteed the performance and brought gains of 611.11%, when comparing the lowest speeds registered. The 2.4GHz coverage achieved strong signal incidence across the scene and the addition of the 5GHz frequency introduced a new level in terms of speed. Electric vehicles are a promising option to contribute in the energy diversification and an alternative to polluting forms commonly used in urban and rural road infrastructure, despite the differences between the duration recharging and refueling times between the types of vehicles. The inteligente transportation systems represent the implementation of transport advanced technologies to sense and process road conditions to improve traffic fluidity and avoid accidents. This class of problems bear great importance for mathematical models that reflect real world situations, such as vehicle routing. The goal of this work is to utilize a genetic algorithm to optimize networked linked capacitated vehicles, in this configuration, all passengers and drivers positions are known in every moment. To make this optimization possible, the problem was mathematically modeled using the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) as inspiration with alterations reflecting the nature of the network linked capacitated vehicles. Scheduling classes depending on the third party intervention becomes a time consuming task and as times are difficult to complete, several times or a lot of time with your time consumed due to a wait to execute a schedule, another hindrance is a delay without answering by phone when Student can get phone service. Failures in this way make a scheduler process complex, time-consuming and stressful. In contrast, there are still a large number of abandoned animals, making it necessary to create innovative ways to facilitate and encourage the adoption process. The development of a mobile application in Android platform for adoption of domestic pets was proposed, using popular technologies in the current labour market to do so, such as Android Studio and Laravel. For that, data on the disorder and its treatment were collected through the literature and interviews with therapists. The tool developed from this information is a software that contains a game and uses gamification techniques to make psychological training more interesting to the patient. It was found to be a suitable solution for it, because of its proposal to grow fruits and vegetables in reduced spaces. A main example of fruit that can successfully develop in reduced environments is the tomato, which is also part of almost every human diet in the world. Meanwhile, aiming to manage these vertical gardens irrigation and regarding the waste of water in agriculture along with the ongoing hydric crisis, there is automation and ambient monitoring technology as a tendency to be implemented. Therefore, this paper is a research using the Arduino embedded computer platform integrated with sensors, actuators and men-machine interface to control the processes of irrigation and supervision of tomato cultures. However, the lack of structure of the format provided makes it difficult to analyze data by computer systems, hampering the obtaining of relevant information for inspection in a quick manner. For its solution, a computational model is proposed to synthesize data from the Official Gazette ofthe State of Pará, in a well-defined model, in order to assist systematic analysis supported by computational tools. For this, this work addresses the fundamental processes for a model to be able to structure and extract public information from the State of Pará, as well as the entire process of implementing it, using techniques that allow the extraction of information from unstructured data. In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic caused chãos around the world, causing governments to seek solutions to end this problem. The high number of new cases of the disease, deaths and recovered daily led to the creation of platforms such as websites and applications to inform and guide the population, making information systems important in this fight. In this article, 6 of these platforms were selected, in order to highlight their use in the pandemic, initially identifying their main characteristics, followed by the creation of comparative tables that pointed out relevant information such as the focus of each platform, the form of access, as well as problems encountered, these and other points were developed following criteria, which led to the choice of each analyzed platform. With this, it was observed that knowledge about the use of health information systems is important, however the lack of initial information about the disease, as well as political and social differences made it difficult to collect data for the creation of platforms, pointing out that many Countries need to rethink their ways of analyzing and acting in the face of problems such as the COVID-19 pandemic.Item Avaliando os desafios no planejamento da migração de servidores físicos para a nuvem(2023) Yamanaka, Eduardo Lyuji; Leão, Irving da Silva; Santos, João VitorCloud computing has experienced remarkable growth in recent years, establishing itself as a dominant trend in the technological landscape. Despite representing a rising technology with numerous benefits, the adoption of cloud computing brings forth a series of uncertainties and challenges to be overcome. In this context, this article aims to highlight the main challenges faced by organizations during the planning of migration to cloud computing, addressing critical issues such as security, system integration, regulatory compliance, and cost management. Through a systematic review, the article sought to analyze bibliographic materials, ranging from scientific articles to reference works, with the goal of providing a comprehensive and well-founded understanding of the subject. As a result, the article aimed to present the topics that generate the most doubts in the process of planning the migration from physical servers to the cloud, analyzing and providing valuable insights. As its name suggests, it is the generation of electrical energy through light (photo, which comes from the Greek "phos" which means light and voltaic which is derived from "volt" which is the unit of electromotive force). However, although photovoltaic energy is becoming popular, for a part of the population it is still a type of exotic technology, for which information is not easily found. Which can lead lay people, who want to take advantage of this type of technology, to make mistakes when purchasing it. To reduce this lack of information, we developed a platform that makes it possible to compare products related to photovoltaic systems. In addition, with global mobile data traffic expected to grow eight times until the end of 2023, there is a need for more efficient technology, higher data rates and better spectrum utilization. New applications such as 4K / 8K video streaming, virtual reality and emerging industrial use cases will require greater bandwidth, increased capacity, security and lower latency, and this will only be possible with the use of 5G networks. Information overload hampers decision-making. Digital transformation is pivotal, involving data integration through data pipelines. These processes convert raw data into actionable insights for business analysis. This study aims to compare the performance of different pipelines, ETL and ELT, analyzing data transformation time to ensure availability and decision-making efficiency. The comparison between ELT and ETL shows the significance of each method's specific application. In this study using AdventureWorks, ETL outperformed by transforming data before loading, unlike ELT. The difference between code usage and tools like Pentaho highlights a trade-off between performance and accessibility. Choosing between ELT and ETL should account for project needs, while future studies may deepen the understanding of these processes.
