Any investment has high risks and therefore it is necessary that the investor is prepared with planning, management and knowledge of the market. However, due to the complexity and the high costs of this enterprise, the choice of the most appropriate alternative for the lease decision is generally complex, thus increasing the company's competitiveness. So if the investor wants to increase the probability of success in his business, he must start leasing the right place and, in this way, can succeed in the operation. The paper analyzes the scenario in which a particular investor knows the market of fuel stations and knows the process of operation and has more than one option of choice for their investment. The AHP method facilitated the logical structuring of the problem and the generation of results based on qualitative and quantitative criteria. As a consequence, the index developed provides a tool for decision-making about which type of fueling station to be leased and for the search for the best investment. In addition, based on the general analyzes obtained in a specific study, the work aims to contribute to the improvement of the decision of the entrepreneurs. The method proved to be valid, resulting in the inner city profile as the most appropriate to the entrepreneur profile and listing Bujaru fuel supply station as the best alternative for leasing.Item A contabilidade de custos como ferramenta de análise de lucratividade e formação de preço na empresa de materiais de construção XWZ(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2019) Mota, Érica Wanzeler; Fernandes, Alexandre Augusto Haick; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5543857806408975The development of the global scenario has caused numerous changes in the labor market, because of this, companies had to improve to remain survivor at the high level of competitiveness. With this, the creation of competitive differentials is of paramount importance, where the control of the expenses assists in the business success. In view of these facts, this work has the purpose of analyzing the profitability and the formation of the sale price at the company XWZ in Ananindeua-PA. As for the research methodology, it is based on a descriptive study, since the facts are observed and analyzed without modification. It has a qualitative-quantitative approach, being quantitative as to the use of accounting procedures and qualitative by the analysis of cost information, and as for the technical procedures, it is a case study, with documentary and bibliographical. As a result of the XWZ's 2017 data collection, the ABC's ten most profitable products were identified by ABC, totaling 33.43% of gross revenue. The results demonstrate that the company has made a favorable contribution margin on its merchandise, where the geo.4 "C / 4M STD coating is the most profitable product. And according to the margin of safety, made sure the pump sub. 0.75CV is giving harm to the company. Using the mark-up index, it was noted that prices are being supplied inadequately. Thus, the present work sought, based on the Balanced Scorecard, to implement the strategic vision in a beef cattle company in Pará called Fazenda Aruans. Based on the use of Mission, Vision and Values, the strategic drivers, interviews were carried out with directors of the institution to outline these three important vectors and then have the ability to draw up a SWOT Matrix, evaluating the internal factors of the company with external factors to obtain more consistent data and write a credible work within the focus company. With these two tools applied, it was possible to outline the company's strategic objectives and relate them to each BSC perspective in the Strategic Map, correlating the objective of each of the company's areas with the business desire, therefore, two main objectives were identified: double the number of animals on the same volume of land that the company has and verticalize the organization's production chain. Thus, the present work, in addition to applying the necessary tools to plan strategically, from a financial point of view, seeks to emphasize the importance of preparing this planning. A case study was carried out based on bibliographical research about the general theme of the work, market scenario and tools, with a qualitative methodology. This research presents the elaboration of a strategic financial planning in a landscaping company located in Belém, metropolitan city of the State of Pará. Finally, it was shown that strategic planning can be used as a strategic tool to make the company more competitive, so that all efforts are directed towards her real need. According to na article by Valor Econômico, the retail sector of construction materials increased its revenue in 2022. Based on estimates from the Brazilian Institute of Economics (IBRE) of FGV in partnership with the National Association of Construction Material Retailers (Anamaco), the sector generated approximately R$ 207 billion in 2022, showing a 2.5% growth compared to 2021. For 2023, the organization anticipates a revenue growth ranging from 1% to 3%. This business plan provides a comprehensive overview, addressing the objective of assessing the economic feasibility of the internal expansion of Guajará Construction Materials store, along with its justification and key points. Moreover, the Market Analysis section provides detailed insights into the construction materials market in the Guajará store's region, covering competition, customer profiles, consumption trends, and growth opportunities. This includes SWOT analysis and Porter's five forces analysis. Additionally, the Marketing Plan outlines strategies to enhance visibility, attract and retain customers, encompassing communication, promotion, pricing, distribution, objectives, target audience, positioning, marketing mix, and the action plan for these strategies. The analysis from 2010 to 2021 reveals a reduction in the student-to-school ratio in high school, indicating greater regional competitiveness. In Belém do Pará, this growing competition is evident, with ratios decreasing in all educational categories. Thus, the overall objective was to design an OKR system for a private education company, aligning its goals with the construction of its strategic planning. This work adopted a qualitative-quantitative approach, requiring data collection and follow-up meetings with the management and other institution collaborators to achieve the desired objectives. The results obtained in this project include a clear definition of mission, vision, and values, effective design of the OKR system to guide strategic goals, and creation of a dashboard to track performance throughout 2024, along with a schedule for periodic review. The objective on BSC’s elaboration is to propose a management gadget used for the company’s best interest, helping to organize the planning of goals using financial and non-financial indicators. BSC’s construction was realized in four steps: on step one, we searched about the company’s strategic planning (mission, vision, values), and an indoor and outdoor environment analysis using SWOT. We validated the strategic goal on long term and through brainstorming, the strategic objectives of every BSC’s perspective were created. On step two, we elucidate the direction over tools, created long-term goals, such as strategic objectives on every BSC’s perspective (financial, clients, construction and growth). On step three, the indicators, metrics and its measure methodology were created. On step four, the goals to overcome strategic objectives and tasks to reach those goals were formulated. For this purpose, these have to be planned, executed and controlled, by the implentation of some management tools, such as the Balanced Scorecard-BSC, that is based in performance indicators. In spite of this, some managers, especially in Small Enterprises, don´t implement an efficient strategic planning and have difficulties to adopt the performance indicators, due to adverse factors.This research aimed to propose a management model based on BSC, using as a study object a small food manufaturer.The necessary data were collected through the evaluation of the current strategic planning and interviews with managers and employees.In addtion, the environmental was investigated, using the SWOT analysis, ideological rewiew, BSC construction, correlatin matrix and suggestions for the monitoring process of indicators and actions were made. Therefore, a control model of the stratetic planning was elaborated.
