Item A tecnologia da informação e comunicação na estratégia de prevenção do câncer de colo uterino em Unidade Básica de Saúde no estado do Pará(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2022) Silva, Elyene Elene Meireles da Rocha; Matos, Haroldo José de; Rocha, Marco José de Sousa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9830983900880582; Ferreira, Ilma Pastana; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1650337093024641; Sousa, Maisa; Barreto, Bruno Acatauassú Paes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4741205865293040Cervical cancer is a public health problem that affects each region of Brazil differently, with the north and northeast regions being the most affected when comparing the number of deaths from this pathology compared to other regions. The objective of this research was to investigate statistical data to determine the possible causes, and deficiencies in the prevention of this disease in the state of Pará, and with that to specify an application that favors the qualification of the attendance of the preventive service of the uterine cervix. The methodology consisted of an ecological, descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The acquisition of statistical data took place between the year 2010 and 2022. Data analysis and product creation was carried out with the support of the Excel 2016 program, libreOffice 7.2 libreOffice Draw, the Rational Unified Process method, and with articles related to with the theme. The analyzed indicators point to a deficit in the target to be reached of coverage of the programs to combat this pathology in the northern region, State of Pará and Municipality of Belém. There is a need to strengthen the local management of cervical cancer control programs, as well as to invest in the quality of services, as the current situation provides an ideal scenario for this technological advance. This work also points out the importance of using the application that allows the user to obtain all the necessary information, to plan the days in which she will go to the basic health unit in her coverage area with effective communication, to contribute to the tracking, giving the same convenience, ease and practicality. In addition to the proposed functionality, it allows contacting health professionals registered in the application to obtain clarification and also establish a link of trust in relation to the service. For the health team involved in the process, there will be availability to record the entire process, that is, attendance of its users with dates for the Pap smear and updated agenda, for example. In addition to the application specifications, this work also presents user interface sketches of the technical feasibility study.Item Atenção primária em saúde: guia para o uso do IRAMUTEQ em pesquisa qualitativa(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2020-10-29) Moura, Glaucia Margarete Nascimento Pereira da; Matos, Haroldo José de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9830983900880582; Ferreira, Ilma Pastana; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1650337093024641; Carvalho, Ana Emília Vita; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1981562999898097; Del Nero, Luciana Brandão Carreira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5056614008350803; Nunes, Leonardo Mendes Acatauassú; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3512764081076675; Vaz, Andréa Luzia Paes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4364540186589331IRAMUTEQ is a software for analyzing qualitative content of texts and data tables, inscribed under the python language. This operating system proposes a set of statistics and utilities to assist in the description and analysis of texts and data matrices of the individual/character type, that is, with data record type of contingency tables. The principle of functionality of IRAMUTEQ, is based on establishing an interface with the R software and prepares a multidimensional analysis of the texts and questionnaires, its operability being based on preparing data and writing the scripts that are read and analyzed by the R software. Qualitative research in the health area has been strengthening and seeks consolidation in recent years, in which professionals and researchers who make this approach option seek to understand the perspective of the research participants. Therefore, this study demonstrated, through an integrative review, the use of the IRAMUTEQ program in qualitative analysis works in primary health care, in addition a guide to the use of IRAMUTEQ for qualitative research in primary care was developed. The integrative review brought together 10 (ten) Brazilian studies, selected based on the criterion of using lexical content analysis and the IRAMUTEQ software, with the exception of 1 article that used the ALCESTE software. It was observed that in the last years the use of software, especially of IRAMUTEQ, is growing and it is important to obey criteria for preparing the content for analysis, and to be aware of the methods that IRAMUTEQ used for analysis, so that the results are true. The IRAMUTEQ Usage Guide explains in detail how to do content analysis using Reinert's method. The use of IRAMUTEQ in research in primary health care, can promote the objective and faster analysis of texts, in addition to analyzing research with patients and improving the daily lives of both health professionals and their patients.Item Avaliação do uso da metodologia de problematização pelos docentes do módulo de interação em saúde na comunidade(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2017) Pereira, Cybelle Cristina; Matos, Haroldo José de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9830983900880582; Barreto, Bruno Acatauassú Paes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4741205865293040; Ikuta, Yuji Magalhães; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8464078836149569; Dantas, Elza Ezilda Valente; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3951303999926297Introduction: Historically, the teaching of the medical profession was based on the eminently practical nature of the doctor-patient relationship, in which health problems are sought to be solved; this reality led to the teaching of problematizing methodologies. In the perspective of the socio-educational context within the health area, it is perceived that the Problem-solving Methodology emerges as a pedagogical strategy of possible efficacy by providing a connection and approximation of teaching with the reality lived in the health services. The Methodology of Problematization, based on the Arch of Maguerez, according to Bordenave and Pereira, presupposes a sequence of five stages which are interconnected: Observation of Reality, Key Points, Theorization, Solution Hypotheses and Application to Reality. Objective: To analyze the use of the methodology of problematization in the practice of the professors of the Module of Interaction in Health in the Community. Methodology: Consisted on a transversal study, with a qualitative approach through content analysis, with the help of Iramuteq software. Twenty professors from the Community Health Interaction Module of CESUPA participated in the study. Results and Discussion: After analyzing the four categories presented by the content analysis, it was possible to verify that the teachers understand in general the stages of the Arch of Maguerez and the necessity of the intervention of the students in the reality to be transformed. In addition, they perceive limitations and advantages in the use of the Problem-solving Methodology, but also present some hazy concepts regarding the use of the methodology. Conclusion: It is concluded that the MISC professors have knowledge and professional experience in relation to the application of the Problem Methodology, but it is necessary to have a higher qualification in relation to the subject, besides new studies that can deepen the teaching of Problematization in medical education.Item O projeto de intervenção na percepção de professores que adotam a metodologia da problematização(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2019) Lima, Leila Suely Aviz; Matos, Haroldo José de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9830983900880582; Ikuta, Yuji Magalhães; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8464078836149569; Teixeira, Renato da Costa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3506765836592906; Miranda, Ariney Costa de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0967752058385887The New Curriculum Guidelines of 2014 describe that the graduate must be coresponsible for the initial, continuing and in-service training, intellectual autonomy and social responsibility that can be achieved if the Unified Health System (UHS) is a learning scenario. The Problematization Methodology with Arco de Maguerez constitutes a rich path to stimulate the development of diverse knowledges. The Intervention Projects present the same itinerary or structure of the General Projects. It is called Intervention Project because it will intervene in something existing, proposing changes in reality. It is a way of achieving a theoretical-practical path, depending on the focus it may be a proposal of educational, care, management. In this context, the objective was to analyze the perception of the teachers in Health Interaction Module in the Community (HIMC) in relation to the development of an Intervention Project. A descriptive-exploratory study of a qualitative approach was developed. Medicine teachers in HIMC took part in the research in University Center of State of Pará - CESUPA, from October to December 2018. The data collection was done through a semistructured interview, consisting of 10 questions, addressing aspects related to the intervention project. The data were analyzed using the Bardin content analysis method with the aid of IRAMUTEQ software. Twenty-six teachers participated in the study, most of them female (65%), aged 40-49 (50%), with a teaching time of 1 to 9 years (12%). They have been working with the Problematization Methodology for more than five years, always using (85%) the methodology in their practical HIMC activities. The majority (69%) found it easy to apply the Intervention Project using the knowledge and steps of the Arco de Maguerez (88%), but most (62%) were not able to use the methodology with Arco de Maguerez, 62% were trained in other institutions or by other kinds of specialization such as Master's Degree. In the implementation of the Community Health Intervention Project (CHIP) written 96% report that they adhere to the guidelines of the Intervention Project manual provided by the HIMC. It is concluded that the HIMC teachers have a good perception regarding the development and importance of the Intervention Project in its practical activities, despite some difficulties found in the practice scenarios. The scenarios of HIMC are environments that allow the use of the Active Methodology of the Problematization to generate an Intervention Project. To improve the dynamics of the Intervention Project it is necessary to train the teachers about the Arco de Maguerez and standardize the elaboration of the Health Intervention Project in the Community.Item O uso da metodologia da problematização na percepção do aluno de medicina: uma revisão integrativa(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2022) Romeiro, Janaína Cunha; Matos, Haroldo José de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9830983900880582; Malcher, Claudia Marques Santa Rosa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0612844018713526; Paes, Andréa Luzia Vaz; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4364540186589331; Vasconcelos, Sinaida Maria; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4767038085471534Since new National Curriculum Guidelines have been introduced in the Medical Course in 2014, the Pedagogical Project has inserted medical students in the core of the teachinglearning process and the professor as a mediator in this process. The Medical under graduation Course then has the population health needs as curricular center axis, and in this sense, methods promoting effective participation of medical students to achieve knowledge and meet social demands are used. Furthermore, forming professionals under innovative approach, comprising theory and practice and enabling significant change in reality has been such a challenge for education in post-modern societies. For this purpose, new problematizers for education in Health are used as reference, such as the Maguerez Arch problematizing method, promoting students’ social, ethical and political potential. These students are taken to deeply observe reality and identify concerning issues in a creative reflexive-active process, altering this reality. The aim of this study is to carry out a narrative review upon the students’ perception facing problematizing methods, by making up the following issue: How is the students’ perception concerning problematizing methods in the Medical course formed? What are the potential and weaknesses identified by them using this method? A search for published papers was carried out at Academic Google Search and Scielo, using the labels “problematizing in medical teaching”, “medicine students’ perception towards problematizing use”. The research was carried out from 1999 to 2021. Papers in Portuguese language have been selected – Studies under qualitative, quantitative or hybrid methods. It was observed that the majority of students valued the use of the problematizing method and noticed the observation of reality and other stages of the Maquerez Arch enabled meaningful learning, as might as well a change for better performance scenarios. Some aspects have been pointed out as weaknesses in the method application: lack of preparation by the teaching staff in mediating the teaching-learning process, lack of professional valorization, structural differences and epidemiologic conditions differing from one community to another where the groups of students were acting in diverse scenarios.Item O uso de plantas medicinais e fitoterapia na atenção básica: uma revisão integrativa(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2019) Sodré, Évila Fernanda Lameira de Melo; Matos, Haroldo José de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9830983900880582; Carvalho, Ana Emília Vita; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1981562999898097; Nunes, Leonardo Mendes Acatauassú; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3512764081076675; Paes, Andréa Luzia Vaz; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4364540186589331Phytotherapy is a treatment method that uses medicinal plants in its various ways of preparation, constituting an integrative and complementary therapy modality, and its use has been increasing in several countries. In Brazil there are national policies, created in 2006, that encourage the implementation of this therapy in Primary Health Care, such as the National Policy of Medicinal Plants and Phytotherapy (NPMPP) and the National Policy of Integrative and Complementary Practices (NPICP). In this context, the objective was to investigate through an integrative literature the knowledge and the use of the main medicinal and phytotherapeutic plants used in basic care in Brazil, in order to propose the application of a MINI COURSE to assist physicians, residents of Family Medicine and Community as well as the medical professors and other health professionals in order to enable them to correct guidance on this therapeutic option. Documents were searched in the Research Portal of the Virtual Health Library, in the following databases: Medline, Lilacs, Scielo, among other bases of this portal. The key words used were: medicinal plants, phytotherapy, primary health care, Unified Health System, professional qualification in Portuguese, Spanish and English language with available text published between January 2013 and November 2018. Based on the eligibility criteria, 7 articles were selected for the integrative review of this study based on the evidence criteria of the PRISMA consensus. The results indicated that in general there is a certain "sympathy" for phytotherapy in primary care, but on the other hand there is still very little knowledge and even some restrictions on its use by health professionals, and this is one of the difficulties encountered in practice in Primary Care. Facing to this scenario it is concluded that although the use of medicinal plants is frequent in the general population, the health professional, due to lack of information, does not use this resource in an adequate way, so that this reality is modified and the correct indication of this therapeutic practice occurs as well as the consolidation of this Integrative Therapy in the Primary Attention to Health, it is necessary to train the professionals, residents and academics of the health courses.Item Percepção das dificuldades de preceptor da atenção primária diante da avaliação formativa(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2021) Almeida, Cibele Maria de; Matos, Haroldo José de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9830983900880582Introduction: medical schools have developed over time in an empirical way, based on beliefs and clinical observations without a scientific nature, which determined a need to standardize medical education. However, with modernity, medicine has been fragmenting, becoming reductionist. In this sense, the preceptor must be concerned mainly with clinical competence or with the teaching-learning aspects of professional development, favoring the acquisition of skills and competences by recent graduates, in real clinical situations, in the work environment itself, and create the necessary conditions. The aim of the present study is to assess the primary care preceptor's difficulties in performing formative assessment. The methodology used, such research is characterized as an observational, cross-sectional, prospective and analytical study, based on the collection of information through a questionnaire, with a quali-quantitative approach. The research was carried out with the preceptors and tutors of PET-Saúde Interdisciplinarities remotely due to the coronavirus pandemic that has devastated the world in this biennium (2020/2021) and that keeps us in social distance. The research period was from May 2020 to August 2020.Results: 2 categories were found that were subdivided into 3 classes each. The two categories, subdivided into 6 classes, were chosen based on the content analyzed and structured by the questions asked, seeking to answer each objective proposed by the research: class 1 related to teaching with 18.88%, class 2 Related to the PET preceptor with 14 .80%; class 3 Related to health education with 14.1%; class 4 Service-related with 18.8%; class 5 Related to the user with 14.8%; class 6 Related to the assessment with 19.5%. There is a gap between teaching and service and one of the factors that can be called an obstacle to continuing education is the organizational system of the health service, which is based on the productivity of procedures operational technicians, thus continuously absorbing professionals who end up neglecting updates relevant to their training. Thus, it is necessary that preceptors always seek permanent education through updates and guide tools that can permeate and guide them within this professional and pedagogical practice, for which we propose a booklet with quick access methodological tools, simple language and with step-by-step use, so that the preceptor/teacher can use it whenever it is convenient.Item Tecnologia educacional sobre medicina do estilo de vida para profissionais de atenção primária à saúde de comunidades ribeirinhas(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2023-12-11) Lucena, Lílian Grace Moura de; Matos, Haroldo José de; Lobato, Edienny Augusta Viana Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8177968072238226; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9830983900880582; Domingues, Robson José Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9892890507517226; Taquette, Stella Regina; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0311106771021992; Caldato, Milena Coelho Fernandes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9477878606835309This study focused on the development of an educational technology aimed at promoting the principles of Lifestyle Medicine (LM) in Primary Health Care of a Basic Health Unit (BHU) in the region of Ilha das Onças, Barcarena, Pará. The study highlighted the importance of LM as an evidence-based clinical discipline that promotes a healthy lifestyle. Considering the efficiency in providing public services, especially in the health area, as a constitutional principle, the proximity of the BHU services is highlighted as the only access of the riverside population to public health services. The research focused on the Ribeirinha Vital Costa Gouvêa BHU, located in an Amazonian area classified as high social vulnerability. The objectives included the development of an educational technology, analysis of the integration of LM principles in professional practice, identification of challenges and opportunities, and creation of instructional material to empower health professionals. The study was exploratory cross-sectional, using Focus Group sessions with four groups of BHU professionals and Content Analysis was applied through the IRaMuTeQ software, following the Reinert Method in the analysis of collected data. As a result, instructional materials and a teaching plan were developed for a workshop, addressing essential topics such as food pattern, physical activity, sleep, stress control, use of toxic substances, social connection, and motivational interview. These were developed based on the observations and theoretical-conceptual gaps identified by professionals during interactions with patients and discussions of focus groups, aiming to fill these gaps through permanent health education. The conclusion highlighted the need for educational strategies that incorporated both the technical approach and the emphasis on human interaction, promoting a holistic view in fostering healthy habits. The importance of effective communication, supported by Continuing Education and educational technology, was emphasized to optimize patient follow-up at the BHU.Item Tutorial para investigação de surtos da doença de Chagas na Região Amazônica(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2020) Teixeira, Wille Faustino; Matos, Haroldo José de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9830983900880582; Dantas, Elza Ezilda Valente; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3951303999926297; Valente, Vera da Costa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3123689857648903; Chaves, Tânia do Socorro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7522362407466480Introduction and objectives: Society has been experiencing an increasingly faster and constant process of change, with the passing of time it is essential to re-discuss the teaching-learning processes that are necessary for the training of higher education professionals. it passes due to the knowledge of the profound changes that transpir in the contemporary world. Active methodologies have a concept of critical-reflective education, resulting in greater involvement on the part of the student in the search for knowledge Active methodologies in Health Education have been developed under different approaches, one of which is the Theory of Problematization, using the Arc de Mangarez, developed by Charles Mangarez and adapted by Bordenave, consists of the following steps: observation of reality, survey of key posts, theorizing, hypotheses for solution and application in reality. In this theory according to the arc, the path to be taken by the student starts from the situation of the observed social reality, which causes questioning, from which the conceptual framework that allows a theoretical analysis of the problem is drawn. The aim of the study was to develop a tutorial for investigating outbreaks from the problematization methodology. Methodology: The study used as a basis an outbreak of Chagas Disease transmitted orally, which occurred in 2007 in the municipalities of Breves and Bagre in the state of Pará, in order to exemplify, how the process of creating a form and base occurs using the Chagas Disease Outbreak Investigation Tutorial. He also linked the 10 steps of the outbreak investigation with the Arco de Maguerez methodology. The product: The final product is a Tutorial for Investigating Chagas Disease Outbreaks written on 11 pages in the Portuguese language, created from the Epi Info ™ platform, with the purpose of helping students from the health fields to collect their data and information in a more practical and usual way, from the ease that is the Epi Info application, and from that process they are able to elaborate statistical data, graphs and arrive at results quickly facilitating the result of a possible outbreak of Chagas Disease.
