Therefore, it is crucial to implement programs that offer legal and psychosocial support, aiming at the social reintegration of individuals. This debate is essential in psychology, focusing on individual understanding beyond the legal context. Objective: To conduct a review of the integrative literature and current legislation regarding the role of forensic psychologists in the resocialization of people with schizophrenia, who are hospitalized and/or reside in public treatment institutions. Methodology: A qualitative analysis was carried out of materials found in databases such as Google Scholar, Scielo and other journals and repositories, published between 2014 and 2023. The studies used descriptors such as "schizophrenia and resocialization", "schizophrenia and rehabilitation", "resocialization and legal psychology", "custody hospitals and psychology", "schizophrenia and custody hospitals" and "integration and custody hospitals", combined with the Boolean term "and". Discussion: It was demonstrated that human rights are not being preserved in Custody Hospitals, making it difficult for individuals with schizophrenia to obtain adequate treatment. The treatment of individuals with schizophrenia in resocialization should be comprehensive, involving psychotherapy, medication, art therapy, psychoeducation and assessment of dangerousness, among other strategies. Conclusion: This study highlights the urgency of reforming custodial hospitals in Brazil to effectively integrate them into mental health policies and improve the resocialization of people with schizophrenia. In addition, it is necessary to develop more up-to-date studies on psychological strategies that would be efficient for this population during this process of social reintegration.Item O psicodrama como facilitador para a exploração da sombra: revisão da literatura(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2024-09-05) Ribeiro, Marina Beatriz Vieira; Cruz, Edson Júnior Silva da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0227617708373838; Reis, José de Arimateia Rodrigues; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3976380225171903; Silva, Marluce Cristina Araújo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4153445534387651The present work aims to describe the landscape of academic and scientific productions concerning the interface between Carl Gustav Jung's analytical psychology (1875-1961) and Jacob Levy Moreno's psychodrama (1889-1974), highlighting the latter as a facilitating tool for exploring the archetype of the shadow. Methodologically, this research is characterized as a cross-sectional, descriptive, and exploratory study in the form of a narrative literature review. Secondary data will be used, obtained through search systems such as Google Scholar, Pepsic, and SciELO, with the goal of updating bibliographic references on the topic by selecting articles, monographs, dissertations, and theses published in the last 15 years (2005-2020). The analysis of the materials revealed difficulty in gathering articles due to the limited interaction explored in the literature between Jung’s and Moreno’s approaches. In summary, it is essential to recognize the importance of integrating psychodrama and analytical psychology as a crucial step in deepening the understanding of the shadow and enhancing therapeutic practices. Seeking mechanisms that promote this integration can enrich personal development and expand the possibilities for psychological assistance.Item O que querem as mulheres? Specifically, the objective was to correlate the feminine in the short story "Miss Algrave" with the book "Reviramentos do feminino e seus mistérios gozosos", and to analyze the feminine in the epigraphed short story. To carry out the investigation, an unstructured qualitative research was conducted, using a theoretical methodology based on exploratory bibliographic and documentary analysis. Ultimately, this study aims to contribute new interpretations of the literary work and to provide a more in-depth understanding of the feminine as developed in literature.Item Psicanálise e cinema: os possíveis diálogos entre a teoria psicanalítica e os filmes de David Lynch(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2024-09-04) Pereira, Daniely Pureza; Cruz, Edson Júnior Silva da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0227617708373838; Reis, José de Arimateia Rodrigues; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3976380225171903; Cal, Danielle Barros da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3247543884965510This paper proposes a detailed study that explores the connection between dreams and the unconscious through a psychoanalytic perspective, through two surrealist films directed by American director David Lynch. The study explored the relationship between parental stress and the social skills of these children, recognizing that children with giftedness often face emotional and behavioral challenges. A survey methodology was employed with a convenience sampling, applying three self-report instruments to investigate sociodemographic characteristics, children’s social skills, and parental stress. The study was disseminated in online groups for parents of gifted children and included the participation of 35 parents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results indicated a moderate correlation between children’s social skills and parental stress, with no significant correlation between these factors and sociodemographic variables. It was concluded that behavioral factors in these children, such as overexcitability, may contribute to increased parental stress, although further research is needed to better understand the correlation between these factors.
