    The companies are inserted in a highly competitive and volatile market, and in order to establish themselves and obtain a competitive advantage over competitors, they must to take advantage of modern management tools that allow decision-making to be strategic and beneficial to their operations. Therefore, Production Planning and Control is an important tool to support business decision-making. Through a case study in an açaí processing company located in the city of Castanhal-PA, the study aimed to demonstrate the importance and benefits of applying the techniques and tools of Planning and Production Control (PCP) in the studied company. It was concluded that through the use of information from the PCP and the results of the case sudy, the company made the correct decisions in relation to the investments made during the years of operation, as well as reaching an excellent percentage of productive efficiency.

    The object of study of this Business Report is the management model of the production process at Prime Ind. E Comercio de Madeiras as a competitive advantage from 2015 to 2018. This structure is based on the description of the company and the processes of management used by the company. From a rereading guided by aspects involving the timber sector, followed by explanation of the environment in which the company is located, based on market research, it was observed the need to explain the management model practiced in prime company, know the production processes and identify which strategies have been used as a competitive advantage before the market, clarify how the company's production management acts in reducing waste and analyze how it behaves in relation to foreign trade. Deepening the description of the case unit, detecting the critical points of management regarding the quality of the product sold (Decks), which is its main export product. Finally, recommend strategies that can overcome the challenges faced by the company, with a view to guiding decision making, using measures that will allow the projected perspectives to be achieved. Making it possible to conclude a change in management attitude, as the greatest ally to face market challenges while maintaining the quality of the export product and continuing the company's growth.

    The business plan is ideal for grouping and organizing reliable information from the marketplace, products and services, marketing practices, operational planning and finnancial plan; ensures security for entrepreneurs looking to start a business or even broaden and promote innovations in their business. This business plam aims to verify the feasibility of setting up a road transport and cargo storage company, demonstrating a safety tool for good planning and longevity of the business. Analyzes were carried out regarding customers, competitors, suppliers and also economic feasibility, with the purpose of establishing the company in the logistics segment. It sought to know the company itself, establishing operational processes, marketing strategies and strenghts and weaknesses of the enterprise. Techniques and tools of the Production Engineering were also identified that were fundamental for the perfect maintenance of the company and to guarantee competitive advantages. After analyzing all the steps, especially the financial plan, where the investments, the estimates of billing and costs, the income statement and the business feasibility indicators are explained, and based on the probable scenario, it is safe to assert the viability the foundation of the company.

    This work proposes the creation of a business plan aimed at evaluating the viability of a café and bar located in the center of the city of Belém do Pará. The analysis will address the market viability and the financial viability of the enterprise. To understand the viability of the business plan, several aspects will be investigated, including the study of the regional market. This approach involves detailed analysis of local consumer behavior, considering consumption patterns and preferences. In addition, local competitors will be examined and suppliers available to meet the company's needs will be evaluated. Based on these analyses, work will be dedicated to building the marketing plan and operational plan. These documents comprehensively detail how the company plans to position itself in the market, aiming to gain a competitive advantage. Finally, a complete financial plan will be drawn up, the purpose of which is to measure the business's ability to generate returns and achieve relevance in the market. Completion of this work will provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making, outlining the potential impact of the café and bar on the local business scene.
