Item Buggy: sistema de bug tracking para projetos(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2020) Aguiar, Bruno Costa de Masi de; Baganha, Alessandra Natasha Alcântara BarreirosBugs affect the lives of many software development teams around the world and, not uncommonly, development teams are unaware of a better way to organize and resolve these flaws, in ways that cause intermittency, instability and unreliability of entire environments. This Final Paper presents a system that provides software developers with a solution to monitor and identify bugs in the code and subsequent sending of reports to the primary system. The system was developed from bibliographic research and deductive methods with a qualitative approach to scientific articles related to the theme, also applying development methodologies and practices such as Scrum and Domain Driven Design. Through the use of questionnaires, it was possible to validate the applicability of the solution in the market, emphasizing the pertinence of integration with other platforms, in addition to the detection and categorization of bugs.Item Estudo de caso: o gerenciamento de produtividade no canteiro de uma obra vertical através do uso da metodologia SCRUM e do indicativo RUP(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2023-12-05) Baima, Carlos Newton Santos; Sousa, Andreia do Socorro Conduru de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6242878820643068; Santos Junior, Evaristo Clementino Rezende dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8092046333311366; Jorge, Bruno Norat; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2657455132558480The case study portrays the management and extraction of data on the productivity of construction labor, in various activities, on a building project in Belém do Pará. With the problem being the incompatibility of productivity indices in budgets and planning, compared to the indications practiced in construction, the aim of this study is to collect and evaluate the productivity indices of the work's executive activities, using the unit production ratio (UPR) method, to generate a cohesive and comparative database that will help the executing company in budgets for future buildings, and can measure the planning and budget changes of the construction under study, therefore, the intention to cover various services, in order to increase the construction company's know-how. For the study, productivity data was collected from April/2023 to September/2023, using information from the daily work report (RDO). It is worth noting that the Scrum management method was also used to boost the production capacity of the operational teams through time management activities. In addition, the results obtained showed a continuous improvement in productivity in the activities, after 3 repetitions of the same service, thus generating an evolution in the "learning curve" of the activity and speeding up the project execution process. After using the tools, it was found that some activities were more cost-effective.Item Gestão de projetos de software aplicada ao segmento bancário: uma análise de estudo de caso de implementação ágil e tradicional(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2022-12-12) Castro, Danilo Bezerra de; Cabral, David Santos; Borges, Oscar Waldim Simões; Melo, Ricardo Rodrigo MarinhoTechnological evolution has, over the years, made life easier for everyone, regardless of the scenario. In the case of the banking environment it was no different, the impact generated by the transition to the use of technology changed many aspects of the services offered by financial institutions. However, an aspect that is not noticeable in our daily lives but is of such importance for the transformation in order to adapt to new technologies, is the development of the product, the creation process goes through several stages that many users can not even imagine they exist. The development process is based on a specific methodology, among the best known in the agile and traditional market, being agile with more current ideas and the traditional, as the name implies, older ideas however consolidated in the market. In the case of financial institutions already consolidated in the market, development based on the traditional method was widely used, until the arrival of the technological transition, where digital banks with remote services emerged, leaving the common branches, underutilized, to keep banking environments competitive. have to adapt, mainly in the sense of adopting the most current methodologies used in the market, the agile ones. Thus, this course work aims to carry out a comparative analytical case study between two projects, one agile and one traditional, carried out within the banking environment, based on metrics, evaluating the applications of the management methods employed, in order to generate a comparative report between the two methodologies.Item Um modelo para gerenciar projetos em uma empresa de óleos situada em Belém-PA(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2019-12-17) Pinho, Brendo Ruan Lima; Lima, Vitor Ferreira; Oliveira, Fransuze dos Santos; Freitas, Felipe Fonseca Tavares de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5523511253031983Projects are considered to be the starting point of products, services, new ventures, processes, among other investments, so they must be well analyzed, planned and executed. Project management emerges with the intention of facilitating and optimizing the progress of such projects, so it is used to ensure quality in achieving an organization´s goals, as companies seek continuous improvement, which can also be obtained through projects. However, some of them do not use or apply management tools consistently because they do not have standard templates to track their planning and project execution. So this paper describes conceptual and motivational aspects related to the application of project management and presents the main tools, structures, processes and practices, having as a main goal to propose a model for the project management sector of a company that does not have a standard methodology for the planning and implementation of its internal projects. The proposed model considers the lessons and good practices of the PMBOK Guide and some implements of the Agile Manifesto. The main results obtained with the study and the proposed model were the improvement in the communication between the sectors involved in the project and the creation of criteria for prioritizing the projects to be executed. In addition, projects are delivered on time and ultimately within the scope of a standard Project Management template for the company.
