(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2023) Bahia, Patrícia Lima; Lamarão Neto, Homero; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3535753064014781; Ferreira, Vanessa Rocha; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8565252837284537; Teixeira, Eliana Maria de Souza Franco; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5865287894194983
Violence against women is a global public health concern. In view of this, the objective of the present work is to analyze especially psychological violence against women, to control improvements with the introduction of Law n° 14.188/2021. It is considered, from the consequences that the violence suffered by women left the sphere incorporated exclusively in the family (private field), to be addressed as a public policy (public field) from 1990, hosted by the State, it is achieved nowadays, as a structural violence. A deeper view then began, that there are a violence against women often does not leave visible traces, the marks are, in these cases, engraved in the soul, affecting the psycho-emotional field of the female gender. The aim is to analyze, therefore, the importance of protecting the psyche of women, when faced with a society commanded by men, permeated by patriarchal relations. The theoretical contributions of Heleieth Saffioti, Gerda Carol, Pateman, Maria Berenice Dias, Silvia Pimentel, Elder Lisboa Ferreira de Costa, among others, are used. Here, there is a search to answer equally, to what extent the framework of the new law can be considered effective from the perspective of protecting women. The dissertation is divided into three parts: structural violence and society; normative protection for the protection of women; and the protection of women's mental and emotional health. The methodology used for the procedure is qualitative bibliographical and documentary research, using books, articles, legislation, international documents and official information on domestic violence, the dimension and influence of patriarchy that mortally affects the female psyche. The conclusion reached was that aiming to preserve the woman's psyche is a challenge for the law community, because we can observe it go into the functioning of domestic relations, which is built under the aegis of a male chauvinist maternity. Overcoming this bias is not easy, it will require the adoption of public policies against sexist culture to preserve women's mental health and psychological integrity.

(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2019-06-03) Oliveira, Vitória Letícia Esteves de; Fadel, Anna Laura Maneschy; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6679138259126229; Azevedo, Thiago Augusto Galeão de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5496674400879290
The present study aims at analyzing how the social roles of gender and the structure of the patriarchal society contribute to the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents. Initially, considering the Marajó Archipelago as a base of analysis, it seeks to demonstrate, through socio-economic indexes, the scenario of abandonment of the state in which the Riverside communities live, and that, in addition to poverty, the phenomenon of the sexual exploitation of “balseiras” girls, as they are known in local jargon, has deeper roots. In the light of the above, in a second moment, it will conceptualize what are social gender roles as well as seek to raise the origin of the patriarchal society, which identifies the subjugated figure of the woman to the detriment of the man. The fruit of a patriarchal society and the perpetuation of the inequalities established between the feminine and masculine genders, it aims to expose the existing social gulf between men and women in various spheres of society by making an intersection between gender, race and class. Finally, the third part of this paper aims to explain how the phenomenon of juvenile sexual exploitation is characterized as a means of reaffirming masculinity.

To do so, at a first moment, the facts regarding the case that has reached in international routes due to the unfounded delay of the investigative process, failures and delays in the punishment of those responsible for committing torture to the residents and sexual abuse to the women in the community where those responsible were conducting police raids. Subsequently, the procedural process of the case will be verified before the international instances as well as the jurisprudential understanding of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights regarding the issue of gender violence and protection of women's human rights. In the second moment, the theoretical references of Pierre Bourdieu, Gerda Lerner, Heleieth Saffioti will be used to base the forerunner structures of the patriarchy and legitimize male domination and from that will be explained the vehemence of these structures, that is, the violence. Finally, the third stage of this work will be focused on its central object, the practice of rape, which is often invisible because its practices are seen as a type of culture and mere acts of power, given its reflected in mechanisms historically diffused in the Brazilian social context.

Foi o boto ou o homem: uma revisão narrativa sobre os impactos psicoemocionais e socioculturais da lenda do boto em mulheres ribeirinhas vítimas de estupro
(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2024-09-03) Faria, Ana Gabriela Damasceno; Reis, José de Arimateia Rodrigues; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3976380225171903; Hage, Zakiee Castro Mufarrej; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0593579703870586; Lima, Maria Lúcia Chaves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2883065146680171
This study explores the interconnection between the legend of the Pink Dolphin, the issue of rape of women, and patriarchal structures in riverside communities. In view of this, we seek to analyze how the legend of the Dolphin can influence cultural perceptions, the invisibility and underreporting of cases of sexual violence, and, above all, perpetuate gender norms that contribute to women's vulnerability to rape. Methodologically, it is characterized as a narrative literature review, with a cross-sectional design, of a descriptive and exploratory nature, with the purpose of updating the bibliographical references and providing reflections on the topic. Five articles published between 2019 and 2024 were used, obtained through searches in Google Scholar, Pepsic, and Scielo. These studies were selected based on their abstracts and objectives. Thus, it is worth highlighting that this article will contribute to a deeper and more up-to-date understanding of the complex interactions between cultural myths, sexual violence, gender violence, and patriarchal structures. The analysis of the materials shows that it was difficult to gather articles that dealt with the psychological, emotional and sociocultural impacts prevalent in riverside women who are victims of rape, as well as substantial data on rape cases on Amazonian islands and their relationship with the Legend of the Boto. In short, it is necessary to recognize the role of society as a significant agent in combating the silencing of women who are victims of violence, seeking mechanisms that contribute to strengthening practices that reduce it. It is therefore expected that the results of this research will foster the development of public policies, or the refinement of those that are in force, in addition to allowing greater visibility to an urgent and necessary issue, through clarification/psychoeducation on the subject, aiming at reducing cases of rape in riverside communities.

This present work will analyze the question of female subjugation related to the pornographic industry, influenced by the liberal theory in perpetuating the restriction of women’s rights with regard to freedom and human dignity. It is intended to verify the results of pornography in the lives of women, whether pornographers or not, in the sense that free movement of pornographic product brings determinant social visions about the sexual relation and the way in which the woman reacts to it, being an irreversible factor in the increase of sexual violence against the female sex. For this, the liberal theory will be analyzed in order to develop the idea of the negative influence of the contract with respect to the false perception that women fully exercise their freedom, which generates the imaginary of them being responsible for the acts of third parties against their dignity. It will be defended the position that the pornographic industry, widely authorized through the contract of liberal theory, is a fundamental instrument in the perpetuation of patriarchy and, consequently, in the curtailment of fundamental human rights of women. This study is primarily theoretical, with critical analyzes of doctrines from books and scientific articles, with statistics analyzing the consequences of consumptions of the pornographic product. The main objective will be to see how patriarchy, liberal theory and the pornographic industry relate to continuing the male domination over the female sex in such an intense proportion as to irreversibly violate women’s fundamental rights.

The delimited subject to this research refers to the increase in the number of reports domestic violence against women during sars-coV-2 pandemic in Brazil. The major issue in this research is based on the following questioning: In which way the patriarchy subsidizes for the increase in the number of reports of domestic violence against the female gender on the time of March and April, the most intense period of social isolation in Brazil due to the pandemic? The hypothesis sustained here is that the patriarchy structure of the men domination over women, as an excuse to the formation of hierarchy between genders, and is also responsible for the human rights and infra-constitutional rights violation, is accountable for what is called by the theoretical Carole Pateman “The law of male sex-right”. This male sex-right raises in men the sense of possession over women’s bodies, as if they were not rights holders as men are, encouraging the practice of discrimination and violence against the female gender. In this degree, the research proposes to comprehend, using mainly works of feminists authors that contributes to the subject of the present article, the women domestic violence phenomenon from gender relations that occasioned the material base of the patriarchy that is structured and institutionalized in the society nowadays.
