Item Business as Mission: negócios e profissões como estratégias missionárias na janela 10/40(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2023) Trindade, Thales Breno Neves; Freitas, Felipe Fonseca Tavares de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5523511253031983; Abrahim, Gisele Seabra; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7545800646614732This research reflects on the return of Jesus and the missionary work necessary for this to happen, presenting the scenario of ethnolinguistic groups and least evangelized countries in the world, and offers the Business as Mission strategy as a solution for advancing the gospel in these contexts. It exposes how the Movement has transformed over time and its current influence. Finally, it clarifies how Businessmen and Professionals, in practice, came from their homecountry, went to some of the least developed and least evangelized countries in the world and gained their businesses and professions to contribute to the advancement of the gospel in these contexts. It also presents how this strategy was implemented in Brazil as a pilot project, leading to the churchplanting. For this, books written by some businesspeople who reported their experiences using this strategy were used, as well as conceptual books on the Movement written by academics on the subject and reports from world organizations on the reality of these countries, as well as interviews with Businesspeople and Professionals who they are on the mission field. As a member and coordinator of the Project “Desafio Cesupa” – a programme that aims to foster entrepreneurship in students from middle schools in the State of Pará –, from the “Núcleo Integrado de Empreendedores Juniores (NIEJ)”. The relevance and wins – personal and professional – inherant to the life of those whon put themselves through the challenging universe of extendend university roles. Due to the demands of the Market, professionals with skills, atitudes and technical knowledge have become necessary due to the constant changes that society suffers. This paper presents the study about the economic and financial viability for the implantation of a gas station, inside a logistic terminal, in the city of Barcarena - PA. The literature review of the methods related to Economic Engineering provided the basis for the project development. The goal of this study is to demonstrate the viability of the project through the use of financial indicators, within three scenarios, the realistic, the pessimistic and the optimistic. From the information provided by the project manager, the financial indicators were applied in order to obtain a specific result for each one of them. After this, the analysis of the scenarios was made, these were designed according to forecasts of possible change in the local market. It is necessary to demonstrate the steps and methods used in the development of these analyses, given the high number of businesses that close prematurely due to a lack of adequate financial planning. The study examines the current market conditions, identifying opportunities and challenges for new entrepreneurs. The methodology includes a detailed bibliographical and documentary analysis of economic aspects, as well as a Case Study, taking into account initial and operational costs, and revenue projections. The research also encompasses a critical review of consumption trends, changes in purchasing patterns, and consumer preferences. Additionally, the work explores the importance of scenario analysis to anticipate potential changes in the business environment, seeking to identify external variables that may impact the venture, enabling the formulation of adaptive strategies. For this purpose, an initial investment survey was conducted, cash flow projection was analyzed, a Minimum Attractive Rate of Return (MARR) was defined, and financial indicators such as NPV, IRR, and Payback were calculated. The expected results include valuable insights for entrepreneurs interested in the stationery sector, providing a solid foundation for informed decision-making. This business plan aims to verify the feasibility of implementing a Popular Medical Clinic in the metropolitan area of Belém. The health sector was chosen through market information, with an increasing demand for popular medical clinics that offer consultations and examinations in various specialties, and entering the competitive market with affordable price and providing quality services will be a differential. The focus of the creation of this business plan is the importance of efficient management, using tools learned during graduation. In order to obtain information and raise important data for the implementation of this popular clinic, the methodology of this business plan was constituted by market research with the analysis of clients, competitors and suppliers, as well as marketing, operational and financial plan. The cake is one of the most important items in any celebration, they are present at birthdays, weddings and other events always being part of special moments in people's life. So, the idea of creating the company " Sonhos Comestíveis" came up to produce personalized cakes, where the client will choose the theme of the cake related to their celebration and dream .The cakes of Sonhos Comestíveis company will be directed to the public B-C, aiming at the more accessibility of this product by these classes, not leaving the quality aside. For the better understanding of a new market that is emerging in Brazil and that does not stop growing. The Açaí Taste entry on market intends to inovate on açaí consumption way on the state, offering a light, functional and cheap product. The study was executed with tools as SWOT, 5W2H and PESTEL analysis, presential and on line interviews were used as well for the data collect looking up develop a supplier and customer comparative analysis to grounds a market research execution. The thesis conclusion delivers a financial analysis supported by the previously researched data aligned to the strategy idealized by the business partners.
