The study looks at the innovative integration of compliance with CIPA and Law 14.457/22 to prevent accidents and combat harassment in the workplace. It highlights the need for a systemic approach, challenging the fragmented view and finally proposing unified strategies. The central question guides the research into how compliance can be integrated to promote a 2 safe environment. The methodology is exploratory, also involving a literature review. Laws suggest effective integration to reduce harassment and accidents, while compliance is seen as promoting ethics. The study seeks to shed light on the intersection between compliance, CIPA and Law 14.457/22, highlighting their positive impact on work environments.
Cláusulas de compliance: responsabilização pelos ilícitos, aplicação das cláusulas e extinção contratual em razão de seu descumprimento

The present study aims to analyze the extent to which disobedience to compliance clauses can lead to early termination of the contract. In this scenario, the conformity program, its development at the international and national levels, and its essential elements will be analyzed, as well as the positive impacts that an effective integrity program can bring to the company. Secondly, we will approach issues regarding the civil liability of the legal entity, the directors, members of the tax board and partners of the Corporations, besides other agents that represent it, when one of them commits illegal acts. While the responsibilities of these characters are delimited, we proceed to examine the trend of insertion of compliance clauses in business contracts, reaching, finally, the problem about the possibility of early termination in the negotiating link due to non-compliance with the provisions established in the anticorruption clauses, exploring the position of our jurisprudence in the face of a hindrance of this nature.

The recent applicability of the General Data Protection Law LGPD, 13,709 / 2018, creates rules regarding the legitimate interest in the collection, manipulation and treatment of personal data, by companies and public agencies. Justifying, thus, the permissiveness of an Organization that owns the data, in accessing, using and sharing it, provided that fundamental rights such as the privacy of its owners are protected. In this sense, the objective of this work is to demonstrate the importance of the pillars of a Compliance program in the promotion of a Corporate Culture directed to ethics and integrity, cooperating with Organizations that have this inter nal compliance control to conform to the guidelines of the General Law Data Protection Act LGPD. The methodology used was based on a qualitative approach through research bibliographic review, using the deductive dialectical method in compliance with the current legislation related to information technology and privacy policies such as the Marco Civil da Internet and t he European Data Protection Regulation, also based on the Compliance Maturity Survey in Brazil KPMG. In view of the above, it is concluded the importance of Compliance beyond the fulfillment of legal and regulatory barriers, incorporating a strategic sus tainable model to Organizations, which supports their codes of conduct, guides the activities of its members and brings a Corporate Governance focused efficiency, risk management and business security.
