Item Produção da equipe multiprofissional no setor de tocoginecologia: uma revisão de literatura(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2019) Soares, Ingrid Raiza Rodrigues; Santos, Maise Bessa Marques dos; Barros, Conceição do Socorro Damasceno; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7818503597048856; Rocha, Paula Sousa da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3929566584203932; Ruivo, Maria do Socorro da SilvaNursing in gynecology and obstetrics has enormous importance in contributing to the improvement of health care, through the search for critical and reflexive knowledge, individual and collective. According to the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) About 830 women die every day from complications related to pregnancy or childbirth worldwide. Provides knowledge for professionals. Care in obstetrics and gynecology that can be improved by experience and enhanced with theoretical knowledge arising from research, clinical practice and observation. The lack of support with a delivery hospital agreed with the Unified Health System (SUS), which led to overcrowding of the emergency and obstetric emergency hospital. To identify in the scientific database, studies on the procedures performed by the publications regarding the procedures performed by the multiprofessional team in the obstetric center (CO) and prepartum, delivery and postpartum (PPP) sectors, published in the years from 2009 to 2019. This is a retrospective exploratory study with a qualitative approach, and to reach the general objective, the RIL method was chosen by collecting data from articles from the following online databases: SCIELO , LILACS, BDENF. For a result and a suitable discussion, a research was used in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), with the following terms: Multiprofessional Team, Gynecology and Obstetrics. This resulted in 16 articles, being discussed from these: databases, year of publication of articles, area of writers training, work of the multiprofessional team and procedures cited in the articles. In this way the gynecological and obstetrical procedures are relevant topics in nursing and other areas, which must be constantly discussed in the scientific community, so that a quality service is offered and reflected in a humanized care, we always keep up to date on new procedures, always seeking professional updates, so that we offer a quality and effective service for these women.Item Prototipagem de tecnologia educacional para auxiliar o enfermeiro sobre o trabalho de parto prematuro(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2024-06-14) Alves, Júlia Maria Lisboa; Sena, Manuela Marques; Reis, Marcos Antunis Silva; Amorim, Claudiane Santana Silveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1796401874440638; Elgrably, Isaac Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7590598824563858; Britto, Lilia Pimenta de MoraesINTRODUCTION: Preterm birth care requires clinical skills and quick decisions. Nurses play a fundamental role in this scenario, and Educational Technologies are powerful tools to train and improve the care provided to pregnant women in Preterm Labor. Although physiological pregnancy is ideally designed to minimize any trauma to the mother, serious complications, such as Preterm Labor, can arise, requiring immediate procedures. In this context, Health Technology plays a crucial role, not only in diagnosis and treatment, but also in promoting prevention and problem-solving strategies in the health area. OBJECTIVE: To develop a prototype for the obstetric nurse on Preterm Labor. METHODOLOGY: This is a methodological study (app prototyping), exploratory, descriptive, based on Falkembach's Instructional Design (2005), in which it will be operationalized in two phases: (i) exploratory and integrative literature review; (ii) prototyping. These steps were adapted to better understand/develop the research. Instructional Design addresses five phases: (i) analysis and planning; (ii) modeling; (iii) implementation; (iv) evaluation and maintenance; (v) distribution. The first two phases were operationalized: (i) analysis and planning; (ii) Modeling (Conceptual, Navigation and Interface). These steps were adapted to better understand/develop the research. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The development of the application proposed in this work presents a promising potential to overcome this barrier. The application will not only facilitate access to existing information, but it will also be able to be continuously fed with new data and discoveries, allowing constant updating and opening doors for future research and scientific contributions.
