The Prevent Brazil Program is the new financing model for PHC, and it primarily prescribes the expansion of the population's access to health services in an attempt to guarantee universality, equity and comprehensiveness. The program aims to organize a financing model with the objective centered on people's access, respecting and seeing each individual as unique and with individual health limitations, with mechanisms that lead to the accountability of managers and professionals regarding the better distribution and use of public resources , rationally, efficiently and respecting the criteria provided for in Article 35 of Law 8.080/1990. Understanding SUS financing is essential for the training of the future physician, so this paper intends to describe the comparative study of indicators related to women's health in primary care in the city of Belém in the year 2020 to 2021 according to the new financing model of primary health care within the SUS provided by the Prevent Brazil Program through a cross-sectional study through document analysis with a quantitative approach. Among the results found, it can be noted that in the 4 indicators related to women's health: proportion of pregnant women with at least 6 (six) prenatal consultations performed; proportion of pregnant women undergoing tests for syphilis and HIV; proportion of pregnant women who underwent dental care; Pap smear coverage showed results below the goals established by prevent Brazil. Previne Brasil seeks to link the transfer of resources to improving the access and quality of care provided to the population. In this sense, the results of health indicators, included in the payment for performance, are essential parameters to be evaluated. However, it is essential to monitor and carry out active surveillance of the enrolled population (by capturing women who have not spontaneously gone to the unit to apply the exam), to facilitate access (offering the service to all women of the recommended age who attend the unit health care, regardless of the reason) and to apply this test in a quantitative compatible with the enrolled tracking population.
