For that, data on the disorder and its treatment were collected through the literature and interviews with therapists. The tool developed from this information is a software that contains a game and uses gamification techniques to make psychological training more interesting to the patient. The continuous presence of digital devices has not only redefined how we interact and perform tasks but also has a direct impact on our health. This close interconnection reveals a scenario with significant benefits but also potential challenges to well-being. The main objective of this study is to examine how technology, through apps and gamification techniques, can be used as a useful and effective tool to promote and encourage healthy habits in society. To achieve this goal, we conducted an updated and comprehensive literature review, discussing topics such as the pros and cons of technology in the healthcare field, gamification as an innovative and effective strategy to engage and motivate users of health applications, and its positive impact. We also explored the positive impact and negative consequences of using technology to shape healthy habits. The conclusion is that technology can play a collaborative role in health promotion, although it also poses risks and challenges that need to be considered and mitigated. Furthermore, it is clear that gamification is a way to increase user interest and adherence to health apps, but its application must be done responsibly and ethically. Finally, it is important to emphasize that using technology for promoting healthy habits can bring significant benefits to quality of life but also requires continuous monitoring and evaluation of potential adverse effects. With that said, automation has achieved great focus. Historic buildings and constructions can be dated from earlier times, but these are not exempt from integration projects. Far from it, the integration of these buildings has been widely performed, but projects of this nature have specific difficulties. The main objective of this study was to understand the difficulties inherent in automation and IoT applications in projects carried out in buildings and historic constructions in the northern region of Brazil, as well as to carry out a brief analysis of technologies that can be used to overcome possible difficulties or to even facilitate the automation itself. For this, a method of data collection was used through bibliographic research in articles, scientific journals and materials on the internet. The forest exercises an important part in regional and global climate control, capturing and storing CO2, contributing with rain formation and varied biogeochemical cycles. Its large contribution to the livelihood of native and traditional communities is not to be neglected. Despite it all, the territory faces great challenges, suffering with the impacts of deforestation, fires, global climate change, pollution, and more. In its conservation efforts, the usage of advancing tools and technology has resulted in the implementation of Artificial Intelligence and its sub-areas, such as Machine Learning, which has contributed to the development of predictive studies in the Amazon. Here, we revised studies that implemented Machine Learning in the conservation of Amazon’s territory, seeking a deeper understanding of its limitations and future usage of this technology. Currently, there are several prostheses available, the myoelectric one being the most technologically advanced because it uses muscle signals for its activation, however this technology still has a deficit in the efficiency of performing the desired movement and has a high final cost. Considering that the efficiency of the prosthesis makes up this increase in the final cost along with the aesthetics and materials used, the present work analyzes the themes, starting from a systematic review, passing through the moment of the technology of upper limb prostheses, how artificial intelligence is contributing to the advancement of these technologies and what is its impact on the final cost of prostheses. Among these sectors, hospitals and clinics stand out, seeking to achieve these improvements with their electronic medical record systems. A field research was carried out, in which health professionals and students were interviewed, who in turn reported that the greatest difficulty in patient care is accessing their information, reporting that the process of obtaining the medical history of patients is time-consuming because of the use of outdated or even outdated systems. Smart Mirror is a smart mirror project that aims to provide more comfort to the user by providing relevant information such as weather and daily tasks, in addition to the functional control of other devices around. A diverse range of new devices will emerge and with them the need to attend a series of requirements, in addition to the demands for extremely low latency and extremely high throughput. 5G joins this scenario as a solution to this new era that requires a high number of connection at the same time. In this first moment, the new network is being implemented using the core infrastructure of the existing 4G network, however, a new core is being standardized and will use SDN and NFV technologies, seeking to bring simplicity and flexibility, transforming the current model into a totally new paradigm with great benefits. This work aims to understand, through a technical study, the application of SDN in this new architecture developed for 5G, detailing its operation and highlighting advantages and disadvantages, emphasizing that it will bring dynamism for the network services and it is presented as a key technology for achieving several challenges required in this new generation of mobile networks.
