Analyzing economically its viability of the business, segment and the implementation of the proposed enterprisement. An analysis made through questionnaires trying to reach a real need and get knowing a culture of the market of Pará. The initial proposal is a thematic bar turned to sports, where through market research was possible measure and analyze, target public, suppliers and competitors, thus, being able to start up the decision making in the planning of the MACLAREN'S BAR. The proposal of the new enterprisement is an innovative concept in the city because its layout is focused on various themes of sports according to event transmitted in the day and by offering a menu with affordable prices for its clients. The financial analysis was defined through economic studies based on data collected and calculations made over the need for the investment needed to start the business, besides the projections of possible scenarios which may be faced by the entrepreneurs in this region.Item Estudo da viabilidade econômico-financeira para a implantação de um terminal logístico no município de Barcarena – PA (etapa 1)(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2019) Nascimento, Caio César Dias do; Conde, Cláudio Luciano da Rocha; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4768582829135033The Planning of a new venture greatly increases the entrepreneur's chances of success as the market is increasingly competitive and imposing risks and difficulties on new projects. This paper presents the study about the economic and financial viability for the implantation of a gas station, inside a logistic terminal, in the city of Barcarena - PA. The literature review of the methods related to Economic Engineering provided the basis for the project development. The goal of this study is to demonstrate the viability of the project through the use of financial indicators, within three scenarios, the realistic, the pessimistic and the optimistic. From the information provided by the project manager, the financial indicators were applied in order to obtain a specific result for each one of them. After this, the analysis of the scenarios was made, these were designed according to forecasts of possible change in the local market. In the initial stage, we conducted an introductory research encompassing information about the luxury market and an analysis of the digital environment, with a special focus on the TikTok platform. Regarding the applied methodology, the project adopted two approaches, exploratory and descriptive. In the exploratory approach, we carried out a detailed analysis of luxury brand communication on this platform, identifying strategies and content formats used by industry leaders. In the descriptive approach, information was elaborated about the chosen brand, such as its target audience, current strategies, and its mission. The interview with the brand owner, Éricka Viggiano, played a crucial role in this phase, providing detailed data to deeply understand the brand's reality. In the development phase, we conducted analyses based on the research conducted and presented the campaign called "Quiet Beauty Collection," based on the 'Quiet Luxury' trend referring to the minimalism of the 90s, addressing numerous investigations aiming to identify studies for its execution, including: brand presentation and communication, competition analysis, SWOT analysis, which identified threats, opportunities, strengths, and weaknesses, and the definition of strategies and the central positioning of the campaign, which became more evident with the construction of the action plan. The campaign was built to communicate the Rede Refúgio 2024 conference, titled by the authors of this project as “The Kingdom”. The objective of the work is to create planning in an innovative and appropriate way, analyzing the context in which the brand is inserted and the information about it. The main theoretical references were Fausto Neto (2007) on religiosities and mediatization, Tavares (2010) for the advertising campaign creation methodology, Aaker (2007) to better understand brands, Kotler & Keller (2006) for understanding the market context and Kunsch (1986) for integrated communication. To diagnose the brand and create campaign strategies, survey forms were used with the campaign's target audience, an interview with the responsible pastor and brainstorming for the creative development of the campaign. Through a business plan it is possible to put into practice all the ideas and information that the entrepreneur has about his enterprise. This business plan aims to verify the feasibility of implementing a Popular Medical Clinic in the metropolitan area of Belém. The health sector was chosen through market information, with an increasing demand for popular medical clinics that offer consultations and examinations in various specialties, and entering the competitive market with affordable price and providing quality services will be a differential. The focus of the creation of this business plan is the importance of efficient management, using tools learned during graduation. In order to obtain information and raise important data for the implementation of this popular clinic, the methodology of this business plan was constituted by market research with the analysis of clients, competitors and suppliers, as well as marketing, operational and financial plan. The cake is one of the most important items in any celebration, they are present at birthdays, weddings and other events always being part of special moments in people's life. So, the idea of creating the company " Sonhos Comestíveis" came up to produce personalized cakes, where the client will choose the theme of the cake related to their celebration and dream .The cakes of Sonhos Comestíveis company will be directed to the public B-C, aiming at the more accessibility of this product by these classes, not leaving the quality aside. The Açaí Taste entry on market intends to inovate on açaí consumption way on the state, offering a light, functional and cheap product. The study was executed with tools as SWOT, 5W2H and PESTEL analysis, presential and on line interviews were used as well for the data collect looking up develop a supplier and customer comparative analysis to grounds a market research execution. This study has as main objective to present a business plan for opening a Restaurant in the city of Viseu-Pará. To this end, market research was carried out, preparation of marketing, operational and financial plans. The research methodology was divided into application of quantitative and qualitative questionnaires with potential customers and semi-structured interviews with competitors. The results achieved indifferent that there is a demand for services similar to what will be delivered by the proposed restaurant Remanso do Gurupi in the city, in addition, the financial indicators indefinitely calculated the feasibility for opening the business, with a term of approximately 5 (five) months for return on invested capital.
