Item Sistema de monitoramento IoT para gerenciamento do fluxo de líquidos na indústria 4.0(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2023-12-11) Marques, Lucas Gabriel Bastos; Cardoso Neto, Ozias dos Santos; Vieira, Luciana de Azevedo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4180335450338216; Trindade, Max Ricardo Pantoja da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1076116729766667; Neves, Leonardo Araújo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4207171545094669Efficiency and control are paramount in the industry; therefore, precise management of liquid flow plays a critical role in various factors, ensuring product quality, process safety, and efficient resource utilization, thereby reducing costs and minimizing environmental impacts. The tool presented in this work enables accurate measurement of the performance of systems and equipment, providing data that can be used for optimization and preventive maintenance. In this work, technologies and software devices are presented, describing the 6 steps for the project foundation and the calculations developed for project execution, namely: Device Connection; Creation of the Channel on ThingSpeak; Programming Development for ESP32; Application Development on Thunkable; Data Storage on Airtable; Application Usage. A better management of liquid flows, with completely portable, fast, and practical monitoring, aiming for greater efficiency in all aspects. Also, identifying problems more quickly and practically, reducing expenses and losses. The main objective of the work is to develop a real-time IoT monitoring system for fluid flows.Item Sistema IoT automatizado de monitoramento não invasivo da corrente elétrica de residências utilizando o microcontrolador ESP8266(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2023-12-11) Pimentel, Bruno Wallef Miranda; Carvalho, João Eduardo Brito; Vieira, Luciana de Azevedo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4180335450338216; Trindade, Max Ricardo Pantoja da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1076116729766667; Neves, Leonardo Araújo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4207171545094669The use of the Internet of Things (IoT) in home automation is extremely important in the pursuit of sustainable development and awareness of energy source depletion. This is because these technologies enable automated monitoring of electrical current, real-time analysis, and data sharing to identify usage patterns and combat resource wastage, contributing to operational efficiency and sustainability in homes. Thus, the aim of this work is to develop a mobile application for monitoring residential electrical current using a non-invasive current sensor and storing the data in a cloud database. This allows users to track acquired electrical current data and compare it with electricity utility bills. In this research, the methodologies and equipment used in its development will be presented, such as Arduino IDE, ThingSpeak, Thunkable, Airtable, the ESP8266 microcontroller, and a non-invasive sensor capable of monitoring alternating electrical current flow. As a result, various data could be obtained through a fully portable, quick, and practical monitoring, aiming for optimization in electrical energy usage, identification of potential issues in electrical systems, and future cost reductions in homes.
