Along with this, the opportunity arises for more vacancies for computer engineering professionals. However, it is notable that many academics in the field are unaware of the step-by-step construction of a microprocessed embedded system, as well as the concept of embedded Linux. This work aims to develop a documentation that contains the development of an embedded microprocessed system in Linux, using as basis the BeagleBone Black development board. The process will be described in the form of a report, using bibliographic and practical research with the Texas Instruments development environment.Item Alimentador para cães e gatos programável via rede lan(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2017) Rocha, Matheus Maia da; Alves, Elton Rafael; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8408339809247090; Brito, Itamar Jorge Vilhena de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5143837732124006; Rocha, Johnny Marcus Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7014364443235002The growth of big cities with a world population, that has pets, has an increase in working time. This, preventing people from spending more time doing household duties, such as providing a pet food for your pet. This can cause serious health problems to the animal. The objective of this work is to develop a prototype of an automatic feeder that helps the pet owner to give pet food in intervals with a quantity of feed, configured by a local network. The development of the prototype consisted of home automation concepts. The Arduino Uno platform was used in conjunction with sensors and actuators for the development of the prototype. The prototype will provide convenience to the pet owner.Item Automação residencial para monitoramento e irrigação automática de culturas de tomates em hortas verticais(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2017-05-16) Tavares Neto, Hugo Mendes; Alves, Elton Rafael; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8408339809247090; Brito, Itamar Jorge Vilhena de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5143837732124006; Rocha, Johnny Marcus Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7014364443235002Since the urbanization process has led to the enlargement of cities and, consequently, diminishment of green zones inside towns, researches have been made in order to find sustainable methods to restore nature into city’s environment, where stands out the concept of vertical gardens. It was found to be a suitable solution for it, because of its proposal to grow fruits and vegetables in reduced spaces. A main example of fruit that can successfully develop in reduced environments is the tomato, which is also part of almost every human diet in the world. Meanwhile, aiming to manage these vertical gardens irrigation and regarding the waste of water in agriculture along with the ongoing hydric crisis, there is automation and ambient monitoring technology as a tendency to be implemented. Therefore, this paper is a research using the Arduino embedded computer platform integrated with sensors, actuators and men-machine interface to control the processes of irrigation and supervision of tomato cultures. Thus, the planting development was optimized and the waste of water seen in the manual irrigation system reduced, these factors established the influence of good irrigation management on the growing of the culture and the efficiency in the use of embedded systems to sustainable automation.Item IoTree: ambiente sensorizado para cultivo de horticulturas(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2020) Santos, Alessandro Vinícius Siqueira; Pereira, Luan Wesley Siqueira; Almeida Neto, Renato Souza de; Santos, Michelle Bitar Lelis dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1208797288539861; Girotto, Pedro Henrique Sales; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0421749067951878The growth of plants in homes became popular due to the change in mentality about sustainability and healthiness. However, cultivation requires time, space, knowledge and other factors, which keep people away from the interest of growing gardens. Thus, this work aims to create a sensorized environment for the cultivation of residential horticultures. For this, the factors that most impact on the development of plants were mapped and a database was developed capable of storing those data. Connected directly to the database, a mobile application was built to show the user real-time information of a plants’ environment, which were collected from the sensors that are within the elaborated compact greenhouse model.Item Máquina para automação do processo de confecção de dois tipos de drinks mexidos(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2017-06-22) Barbosa, Yuri Hernan Santos; Carmo, Ricardo Melo Casseb do; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4933624262290855; Rocha, Johnny Marcus Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7014364443235002; Sousa, Marcos Paulo Alves de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6713232502495902The objective of this project is to develop a device to automate the process of making scrambled drinks, making available to the user different drink options and control of the individual choice of the different drinks involved in the process if the same one wants to make a drink not available in the Options. This is because these technologies enable automated monitoring of electrical current, real-time analysis, and data sharing to identify usage patterns and combat resource wastage, contributing to operational efficiency and sustainability in homes. Thus, the aim of this work is to develop a mobile application for monitoring residential electrical current using a non-invasive current sensor and storing the data in a cloud database. This allows users to track acquired electrical current data and compare it with electricity utility bills. In this research, the methodologies and equipment used in its development will be presented, such as Arduino IDE, ThingSpeak, Thunkable, Airtable, the ESP8266 microcontroller, and a non-invasive sensor capable of monitoring alternating electrical current flow. As a result, various data could be obtained through a fully portable, quick, and practical monitoring, aiming for optimization in electrical energy usage, identification of potential issues in electrical systems, and future cost reductions in homes.Item VRVS: um produto de realidade virtual usando vibrações sobre a pele aplicado ao entretenimento(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2017-06-22) Machado, Artur Andrade; Girotto, Pedro Henrique Sales; Baganha, Alessandra Natasha Alcântara Barreiros; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0672275617505946; Carmo, Ricardo Melo Casseb do; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4933624262290855; Alves, Elton Rafael; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8408339809247090The use of virtual reality is increasingly present in daily life, several applications are being developed, such as in training, entertainment and health.
