Alcançando uma justiça feminista: uma análise da perspectiva de gênero no judiciário e o ODS 5
(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2023) Sales, Ester Silva; Pessoa, Tamise Damasceno; Reymão, Ana Elizabeth Neirão; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4919094925608660
Guided by the need to promote gender equality as proposed by Sustainable Development Goals 5 (SDG 5), this paper aims to highlight the importance of Brazilian judicial courts basing their decisions on a gender perspective, as proposed by the Gender Perspective in Judgments Protocol of the National Council of Justice (CNJ). To achieve this, it analyzes decisions from the 27 Brazilian state courts to identify if they are deciding and implementing a gender perspective in their jurisdictions. The study is descriptive, with a quantitative and qualitative approach, which includes the analysis of scientific articles, protocols, ecommendations, and legislation on the subject. A survey was conducted on the databases of first and second instance verdicts available on the official websites of these courts, and the results indicate a small number of decisions with a gender perspective, concentrated in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, with the vast majority in the criminal sphere. There was a lack of uniformity in the application of the Gender Perspective in Judgments Protocol in the courts, necessitating investments in training and education of judges for the proper implementation of this instrument. It is suggested that Brazilian courts adopt a more critical and reflective approach regarding the gender perspective, promoting a more equitable and democratic justice system, and advancing public policies in favor of gender equality in line with SDG 5.

Representatividade feminista e a efetivação de direitos reprodutivos e sexuais no Brasil
(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2019-06-11) Pinho, Isabella Gomes; Azevedo, Thiago Augusto Galeão de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5496674400879290; Fadel, Anna Laura Maneschy; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6679138259126229
The objective of this study was to demonstrate that the absence of feminine and feminist representativeness in the political scenery does have a serious impact on the effectiveness and on the access of reproductive and sexual rights in Brazil, through legal recognition and access of various groups to these rights, emphasizing the necessity of policies to ensure that women integrate the political space, to make sure that the public space is a reflection of the diversity of groups that our society has. It was a monography coming from a bibliographical research of description of the doctrinal positions and of national and international legal dispositions on the proposed subject. To fulfill this purpose, some sources of information were used, such as books, scientific articles, journalistic materials and legislative instruments. This research analyzed the way that the reproductive and sexual rights began to be discussed in the international community, based on a concern related to demographic issues, which later served to bring to the debate the need for recognition of sexual and reproductive rights for women to ensure gender equality, which generated a need for international regulation on the subject, later internalized in Brazil. Then, an analysis was made of the presence of women in the political environment in Brazil, means for this presence to be expanded and the need for this presence to internalize the legislative devices on the subject and to ensure access to these rights through policies as essential rights to ensure dignity and equality between men and women.
