    This business plan has as main objective to verify the viability of the creation of a product, containing the traditional açaí along with tapioca flour in a packaging already used in the market, where it will provide a new concept for consumption, evidencing the importance of the study of the implementation of the plan. An analysis was performed on the consumer market, suppliers, competitors and on the economic viability of the enterprise, with the purpose of establishing a company without food segment. The plan also focuses on business knowledge, detailing all operational processes, employees needed for operation, such as marketing strategy, strengths and weaknesses through SWOT Analysis, presenting the data that provide the most knowledge of the segment as market opportunities. Thus, making possible the creation of competitive advantages of the market, in order to reduce risks and errors. As well as the income statements, also presenting the values of the company's net profit and the feasibility indicators that allow its validity. Based on the studies of these indicators, it was found in the market and feasible, as seen throughout the plan.
