The latter is fundamental in the construction and functioning of institutions, shaping attitudes, practices, and workplace relations. Despite its proven relevance, the relationship between organizational culture and strategic planning remains unclear in the literature. Therefore, it is crucial to understand the joint dynamics of these elements. This study investigates this relationship, aiming to understand how culture influences strategic decisions and contributes to the success or failure of strategic plans, as well as how strategic planning can influence organizational culture. An integrative literature review was conducted using the databases Scielo, Periódicos Capes, Google Scholar, LILACS, PubMed, and Pepsic. Data collection utilized the descriptors "Organizational Culture" and "Strategic Planning" in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, considering articles published between 2018 and 2023. Qualitative analysis of the results was performed through Narrative Synthesis. The research revealed that the relationship between these two elements is reciprocal and complex, suggesting that a well-aligned organizational culture can enhance the success of strategies, while well-defined strategies can reinforce or transform the existing culture. These findings highlight the need for a deeper understanding of this dynamic to ensure organizational effectiveness.Item Desenvolvimento e aplicação de um manual da qualidade inspirado no padrão ISO 9001 em uma fábrica de biscoitos na Amazônia(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2023-12-07) Bergamini, Leonardo Sanjad; Oliveira, Márcia Cecília Rodrigues de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9031699274609496; Freitas, Felipe Fonseca Tavares de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5523511253031983; Ferreira, Marcelo de Santis; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9702488025232516Micro-enterprises, in general, have preponderant needs, such as the efficient management of their resources and the achievement of greater market share. The results assertively met the company's demands and proved to be positive, both operationally and strategically and organizationally.
