The campaign was built to communicate the Rede Refúgio 2024 conference, titled by the authors of this project as “The Kingdom”. The objective of the work is to create planning in an innovative and appropriate way, analyzing the context in which the brand is inserted and the information about it. The main theoretical references were Fausto Neto (2007) on religiosities and mediatization, Tavares (2010) for the advertising campaign creation methodology, Aaker (2007) to better understand brands, Kotler & Keller (2006) for understanding the market context and Kunsch (1986) for integrated communication. To diagnose the brand and create campaign strategies, survey forms were used with the campaign's target audience, an interview with the responsible pastor and brainstorming for the creative development of the campaign. The objective on BSC’s elaboration is to propose a management gadget used for the company’s best interest, helping to organize the planning of goals using financial and non-financial indicators. BSC’s construction was realized in four steps: on step one, we searched about the company’s strategic planning (mission, vision, values), and an indoor and outdoor environment analysis using SWOT. We validated the strategic goal on long term and through brainstorming, the strategic objectives of every BSC’s perspective were created. On step two, we elucidate the direction over tools, created long-term goals, such as strategic objectives on every BSC’s perspective (financial, clients, construction and growth). On step three, the indicators, metrics and its measure methodology were created. On step four, the goals to overcome strategic objectives and tasks to reach those goals were formulated. Both the MASP and the PDCA aim at fostering continuous improvement in organizations, which makes them essential within the competitive market scenario. The objective of this work is to identify the causes and propose possible solutions to the problems faced by the company MLX UNIFORMES INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO located in Ananindeua/PA, using MASP and Quality Tools, aiming at making the company more competitive, and increase the customers' perception of quality. An investigative research will be carried out in order to identify and diagnose problems in advance based on bibliographical references and documents collected in the company that will serve as a basis for the conclusion of the course work in the company. Afterwards, the first three steps of the MASP will be followed, along with quality tools and brainstorming for decision-making, until the fourth step and proposal of the action plan through 5W1H to put into practice the proposed solutions aiming at improving the quality of the product, greater efficiency in the production line and, consequently, cost reduction.
