    This business plan consists of gathering information for the opening of the new pet store “Pará Pet” in the city of Belém state of Pará, more precisely in the district of Marambaia. The surveys, studies and analysis of data are fundamental to increase the chances of success of the new venture. The localization was selected based on the good visibility, high traffic of people, vehicles and it is located at Av. Pedro Alvares Cabral, near to the Entroncamento. The market segment of business was selected based on extensive market research that shows pet sector is a very promising segment for new entrepreneurs in Brazil.
