    This undergraduate thesis in a business plan model has as purpose to study the financial viability to open a food segment company, specifically in the açaí segment, on Belém-PA. The Açaí Taste entry on market intends to inovate on açaí consumption way on the state, offering a light, functional and cheap product. The study was executed with tools as SWOT, 5W2H and PESTEL analysis, presential and on line interviews were used as well for the data collect looking up develop a supplier and customer comparative analysis to grounds a market research execution. The thesis conclusion delivers a financial analysis supported by the previously researched data aligned to the strategy idealized by the business partners.
