    Opening a new business takes time, effort and dedication. Through a business plan it is possible to put into practice all the ideas and information that the entrepreneur has about his enterprise. This business plan aims to verify the feasibility of implementing a Popular Medical Clinic in the metropolitan area of Belém. The health sector was chosen through market information, with an increasing demand for popular medical clinics that offer consultations and examinations in various specialties, and entering the competitive market with affordable price and providing quality services will be a differential. The focus of the creation of this business plan is the importance of efficient management, using tools learned during graduation. In order to obtain information and raise important data for the implementation of this popular clinic, the methodology of this business plan was constituted by market research with the analysis of clients, competitors and suppliers, as well as marketing, operational and financial plan. The information obtained gave the entrepreneurs the analysis of the risks and opportunities that this business will offer, as well as all the planning for the implementation of the popular medical clinic, where it was possible to obtain the viability of this business.
