    This article presents a summary of the main ideas discussed, highlighting the importance of the Attorney's Office and its methodology based on bibliographical research and review of specialized literature. The Special Women's Attorney in the Brazilian Chamber of Deputies plays a key role in promoting women's rights and strengthening women's participation in the legislative branch. Through the fight against violence and discrimination, awareness campaigns and monitoring of the implementation of public policies, the Office seeks to guarantee the representation of women and the realization of their rights.
