As its name suggests, it is the generation of electrical energy through light (photo, which comes from the Greek "phos" which means light and voltaic which is derived from "volt" which is the unit of electromotive force). However, although photovoltaic energy is becoming popular, for a part of the population it is still a type of exotic technology, for which information is not easily found. Which can lead lay people, who want to take advantage of this type of technology, to make mistakes when purchasing it. To reduce this lack of information, we developed a platform that makes it possible to compare products related to photovoltaic systems. For the development of this project, we used Adobe XD, VScode, MariaDB and HeidiSQL tools, with these tools it was possible to generate the comparison platform.Item Monox: monitoramento e controle inteligente de monóxido de carbono(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2022) Leão, Lucas Henrique Barbosa; Francisco, Marcísio Isaías Souza; Araujo, Ygor Alejandro da Silva; Rocha, Johnny Marcus Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7014364443235002; Girotto, Pedro Henrique Sales; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0421749067951878; Dias, Suzane Alfaia; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9675395702501834This product was developed with the objective of preventing accidents caused by carbon monoxide in indoor environments due to the absence of detection, monitoring and control devices. To solve this problem, a solution was developed consisting of: embedded systems for sensing and controlling the environment, a cloud server for processing the collected data, and a web environment, so that users can view the entire operation in real time. To prevent any lethal accidents, the entire operation is automated, with the help of advanced communication protocols (MQTT and Web Sockets), programming tools (C, C++, JavaScript, PHP and Node.js), and electronic devices and components. We emphasize that, once harmful levels of carbon monoxide are detected, an alert notification is sent via email to the person in charge and, consequently, control actions help to regularize the environment in order to guarantee the physical integrity of the human beings present on site. The renewable energy, also called alternative sources, in a short time became an alternative way of energy generation, being able to reduce our dependence on traditional sources of energy generation. Photovoltaic or solar energy is one of these sources. The photovoltaic system, responsible for the capture of sunlight and conversion to electric energy, allows to be installed in homes, commerce and industries, bringing with it several advantages, between them the reduction of environmental impact and financial returns. The goal of this work is show the stages of a photovoltaic system project, using as reference a residence. Showing the photovoltaic system can supply the demand of house energy and provide a medium and long term financial return. Thus, it’s noted that’s possible to use alternative means of energy generation in order to reduce the dependencies of the other sources, obtain a financial return of the investment and reduce the impact descendant of other ways more polluting, as example, hydroelectric plants.Item Proposta de dimensionamento de enlace Wireless PTMP(Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, 2020) Perdigão, Delcio Henrique de Almeida; Brito, Yuri das Chagas; Rocha, Johnny Marcus Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7014364443235002In several locations in the State of Pará the most viable, technically and economically accessible way to the internet is via radio link. Internet providers using copper cable or fiber optic links are not yet interested in small municipalities or peripheral neighborhoods in the metropolitan region of Belém. This work aims to propose a methodology for the dimensioning of a PTMP (Point-to-type) link -Multipoint) optimized to serve customers in geographically different positions within a 2km radius and with different internet plans (5Mbps, 10Mbps, 15Mbps and 20Mbps). For this, we analyze the main factors that can interfere in the propagation of the radio signal, we study methods to optimize the parameter adjustments of the equipment and we dimension a proposal for a PTMP link in Ananindeua - PA. Possessing equipments are installed in ambients that are unfavorable to maintenance, there appears the need for constant monitoring of these, with the goal of minimizing their downtime. The Internet of Things has been bringing more and more practical ways of doing routine tasks, through objects that have the ability to communicate with each other and treat the information that the user receives, whether from the user, the environment where he is located or banks of cloud information. Smart Mirror is a smart mirror project that aims to provide more comfort to the user by providing relevant information such as weather and daily tasks, in addition to the functional control of other devices around. These resources are available to the user whenever he is present, so that it is possible to offer more comfort and practicality in everyday life.
