The Açaí Taste entry on market intends to inovate on açaí consumption way on the state, offering a light, functional and cheap product. The study was executed with tools as SWOT, 5W2H and PESTEL analysis, presential and on line interviews were used as well for the data collect looking up develop a supplier and customer comparative analysis to grounds a market research execution.
