For this reason, the present work aims to demonstrate how large enterprises impact on indigenous peoples, considering the dictates of Convention 169 of the ILO. For that, it used the methodology of deductive research, based on qualitative and descriptive analysis, using bibliographical and documental research as technical procedures.
