Analyzing economically its viability of the business, segment and the implementation of the proposed enterprisement. An analysis made through questionnaires trying to reach a real need and get knowing a culture of the market of Pará. The initial proposal is a thematic bar turned to sports, where through market research was possible measure and analyze, target public, suppliers and competitors, thus, being able to start up the decision making in the planning of the MACLAREN'S BAR. The proposal of the new enterprisement is an innovative concept in the city because its layout is focused on various themes of sports according to event transmitted in the day and by offering a menu with affordable prices for its clients.
