This scenario contrasts with the right to food, guaranteed by the Federal Constitution. Given this context, this preliminary project proposes the creation of a Popular Restaurant in the city of Belém, PA, where there are insufficient existing establishments to meet the growing demand of people experiencing food insecurity. Furthermore, the need for improvements in the architectural solutions of these establishments stands out, aiming for a more humanized, comfortable and functional place.
