This present work had the objective of putting together an applicational planning of knowledge management tools, as na object of study in production engineering, which can improve the productivity of a textile industry, only possible from an analysis of the main critical points in need of improvement. To this end, the methodology used was the application of a questionnaire to collect the data considered important, together with “in loco” surveys to monitor activities, allowing for greater precision and depth.
