Therefore, Production Planning and Control is an important tool to support business decision-making. Through a case study in an açaí processing company located in the city of Castanhal-PA, the study aimed to demonstrate the importance and benefits of applying the techniques and tools of Planning and Production Control (PCP) in the studied company.
