When these malformations are associated with altered dental positioning, they affect aesthetics and function, necessitating an integrated approach between orthodontics and restorative dentistry. In this sense, the present study seeks to report the clinical case of an adolescent patient with malformation in the crown of the upper lateral incisors, diastema in the upper arch and facial growth pattern II, with Class II malocclusion. After evaluation of the clinical condition of the patient, it was verified that a satisfactory outcome of the clinical case would not be obtained if the restorative dentistry procedures were performed alone, as well as those of orthodontics alone. The leveling and alignment of the upper and lower arches was initially planned, using fixed apparatus in the straight arch technique; after the redistribution of spaces, the orthodontic appliance was removed and the patient was referred to perform the restorative procedures. After the clinical intervention, a satisfactory result was obtained for patients and professionals, being made possible by the integration between orthodontics and dentistry.
