Dispositivos jurídicos e percepção de processos de subjetivação em adolescentes que cumprem medidas socioeducativas no Centro Socioeducativo Feminino (CESEF): um olhar institucional. 2019. Dissertação (Mestrado Acadêmico em Direito, Políticas Públicas e Desenvolvimento Regional) – Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará, Belém, 2019.https://repositorio.cesupa.br/handle/123456789/986Based on Foucault's (1978) premise that devices are strategies of subjection and normalization of power relations, thinking about the processes of subjectivation of the female gender as a result of an institutional, social and historical process reflected in the application of socio-educational measures is done essential to think the signifiers crossed by this discourse of resocialization of the feminine. Thus, the present research aimed to describe and analyze the perception that the socioeducative measures applicator, which compose the technical team of the Feminine Socioeducational Center (CESEF), has on the applied measures the adolescents authors of infraction act from the perspective of resocialization, besides to analyze the processes of subjectivation shaped around the adolescent - female gender - who practiced the infraction. The empirical clipping considered only the applicators of socio-educational measures of CESEF, since these are presented as representative of the institutional discourse, both of what is presented as significant of resocialization of the only institution in the whole state of Pará with the attribution of executing the service public of execution of measures of hospitalization to the female adolescents, how much they describe that adolescent of the feminine gender is produced through the institutional practices implemented. The theories of Foucault and Agamben gave support to the accomplishment of this study. Six (6) professionals were interviewed, who compose the technical team for the application of socioeducational measures at CESEF located in Ananindeua, state of Pará, aged between 43 (forty three) and 60 (sixty) years, identified as responsible for the application of socioeducative measures in adolescents between the ages of 12 and 21 years of hospitalization, this sample being selected for convenience and saturation. Data were analyzed using the Underlying Discourse Explanation Method (MEDS). The analysis of the results showed that resocialization presents itself as a proper device of the neoliberal state, within the context of punitive disciplinary practice and biopolitical reason. In this way, the adolescent is configured as a subject of rights that is placed under the construction of a useful stereotypy and docilization in the service of neoliberalism, understood as the holder of subjective assets thought for the masculine. Therefore, it is concluded that both the significant "resocialization" and the processes of subjectivation built around the adolescent who practiced an offense of the female gender, can be thought of as devices.
